This is my second stay and they were consistent and just as wonderful. Both times we had several rooms and everyone was impressed and happy with their stay.
The people that work there really make it a special place. So friendly!

Excellent place to stay- plus, I left my phone in the room and didnt notice until after check out- and they mailed it to me! So beyond thankful - there are good people/companys in this work! Cheers to them. I'll be back for sure!

Pros: Great location, friendly staff, nice big rooms.
Cons: Rooms are NOT soundproofed as advertised. Had to move rooms after having limited sleep for 2 days after being able to hear next doors conversations almost word for word. New room provided and then could hear the lift going up and down! The deciding factor when booking the room was the fact it was advertised as soundproofed as I knew we would be knackered after exploring NYC all day. Unfortunately based on this I would not book again.

My husband and I enjoyed our 5 day stay at the Artezen. Everyone provides excellent customer service, from the doorman and front desk staff, to the rooftop restaurant. Management clearly sets a high standard to ensure you enjoy a quality experience. Stephanie is a genuine asset to an outstanding team. We look forward to staying here again.

Hotel was very clean, comfortable bed, bathroom amenities were fine, staff was very nice and helpful.
Location was very convenient to touring Brooklyn bridge, World Trade Center and beyond.
Would definitely stay at the Artezen again!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Artezen! It’s super close to transit so that made transportation really easy. The staff was awesome and the rooms were really classy and nice. There’s convenient shopping and amenities on the same street. Plus our view was incredible! We would definitely stay here again!

All the staff always greeted you which was so nice. Everyone was so friendly, but the evening time door guy on Thursday and Friday went above and beyond. Kudos to him! The facilities were lovely, and the room was perfect and clean. We really had no complaints.

My husband and I stayed at the hotel. Great boutique hotel, our room was clean and cozy. It is located in a great area surrounded by shops, restaurants and other great attractions. The service was excellent, the concierge greeted us with a smile and a hospitable feel everyday. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again! Thank you Artezen Hotel. 🤗
