This house has a great location along the 210 corridor. Everything was as advertised and the air conditioning worked great (critical during our visit). We had a comfortable restful stay.

We had a lovely stay; the house worked quite well for Pasadena neighborhood walks and further drives around the region. The owner was very responsive and the house was quite clean.

Leon’s space was very clean and easy to access! A great stay in a quiet neighborhood in easy ubering distance from downtown Pasadena.

The house was very very suitable. It was spacious (enough). It is equipped with all the latest things. A/c worked GREAT! The Shower was wonderful. We enjoyed our time very much. And btw - the location is perfect!

I stayed here with two friends last weekend so we could be near the Rose Bowl where we had a concert event. It’s as cute as the photos, a great layout and very functional. The two parking spots in the back were a nice surprise. Everything was very comfortable, all of the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and great. It was very quiet and pleasant, there is even a wonderful lemon tree in the front yard full of lemons. It is near the freeway but we couldn’t tell at all and it’s far enough away and behind a tall barrier wall so you really don’t notice it. The neighborhood is cute and a short drive to shops and restaurants. Leon was very pleasant and responsive, I’m so happy to have found this spot and will definitely stay here again!

Overall had a great stay. Communication with property manager was exceptionally timely and responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This was remodeled and furnished maybe 8 years ago and many customers. It needs some love to bring it back to excellence. Beds were good.
