The Windsor Home was absolutely perfect for our Universal Studios family vacation. The kitchen was awesome. Everything you need to create memorable family breakfasts and dinners. Great location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood near Universal Studios, and the game room was a hit with the kids! Beds were so comfy. Highly recommended!

We picked this for it's proximity to universal. The house was nice, lots of space. I didn't get the pool heated so we didnt use. Fridge ice/water machine needs cleaning, bathrooms too. There was trash still in the can from previous renter. We cleaned the bathrooms before we used them. We didn't spend a lot of time there, just for sleep.

My family and I had a wonderful week's stay. The home is spacious with plenty of room for a family gathering. We enjoyed the well-stocked kitchen and appliances, as well as plenty of arts and crafts, puzzles, and books for every age. The back patio was beautiful and a lovely place to enjoy on the days it didn't rain. The location is close to studios and hiking and is located in a pretty neighborhood.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. It was my self and my two children age 20 and 23. Everything is immaculate and perfectly set up for a wonderful time. My kids commented on how much fun it would’ve been to stay there when they were younger, because there was a play structure in the backyard, an amazing play room with tons of games and even a little cabinet with art supplies. Such a fabulous home for a wonderful vacation!

The property was beautiful, and the cost reflected that, but as soon as we checked in, they informed us that it would cost $100 a day to use the pool with a $300 minimum for 3 days, to use it, which wasn’t advertised along with the pictures of the pool. They also tried to charge for my service animals and argued with me until I showed them not only my animal’s certificate just to prove, but also the airbnb policy on service animals. So when I checked out, the place was spotless, but they left a defaming review that said we had left a huge mess, but I have time stamped video (which I always take) to document how clean the place was when we left. Housekeepers literally would have only had to change the bedding we used as we didn’t even leave a dirty dish. Yet cleaning fees were still $300 so the fact they left a defaming review because they were upset they couldn’t charge for my service animal.. won’t be staying here again. The home is beautiful but they are dishonest and have a lot of hidden costs they try to find ways to make your stay more expensive than it already is.. also, two of three showers weren’t working and one of the bathroom sinks was leaking...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. However, the sink in the bathroom across from the master suite had a leak and we had to turn off the water valve to keep it from running.

Wow! This property is great! We have two young children and they loved all of the toys and the pool! We all had plenty of room and available streaming services were a huge bonus. Property management was very helpful and was able to let us check in early, which we have rarely experienced! Thank you for a great stay!

The house was exactly as advertised. The kids spent ages in the pool after returning back from hot days exploring. And all of the toys, games and books! We were there for 3 days before we even showed them the attic space. Kitchen especially well equipped. The master bathroom was fantastic. Very highly recommended. Chosen because it was quite close to Universal Studios.

Our family of 4+ our grandparents stayed with us for three days at this great vacation rental. They have a ton of activities for kids and adults alike, a fully stocked kitchen, and a great yard and pool area. We did not use the pool, but we used everything else… The climbing wall in one of the bedrooms was a huge hit, the boxes of games and toys were well played with, and there was never a dull moment. The only downside is that there is a tenant in a guest house in the backyard that isn’t mentioned in the online listing, but you don’t even know they are there. It is like a totally separate property, completely detached, and we never saw that person in the entire time we were there. I would come back and stay in this place over and over again, it was a perfect fit for our active family. Also, very close to Trader Joe’s, Gelsons, and lots of resources that we ended up using regularly. A++

Wonderful home located to a variety of activities. Unfortunately we had a few rainy days and could not take advantage of the pool as much as we had hoped for but the game room was the perfect rainy day spot for all of us.

It’s an amazing place to stay with your family and it has all the amenities that you spect on a place like this the only con will be that you don’t have a house keeping so you need to take all garbage and some little staff but I think someone else should do it for the price but over all it was nice thanks

Beautiful Home, Friendly Hosts!

The house was beyond lovely - we especially loved the extra room upstairs with all of the games, craft supplies, gaming systems and spent a ton of quality time with our family. The house was immaculate and thoughtfully stocked with everything we could have ever needed. We felt completely at home and had plenty of room for us to spread out. I recommend having the pool heated - it was so warm and the pictures of the outdoor space don't do the yard justice. Thank you for having us - we're already excited and looking forward to coming back soon!

Has everything you might need and more. Big enough for 2 families with 4 kids. Upstairs playroom is a cherry on top. Kids spent hours there. Located close to main attractions. Burbank airport, Universal and Warner Bros studios just about 10-15 min drive. The host is super nice and accommodating. When we were asked what we could recommend to improve our experience I didn't know what to say. Everything was just perfect. We really enjoyed our stay in the house
