Rooms set up well for privacy after a day together sightseeing. 1-2 mile walk to the attractions. Kitchen & dining area in the middle & bedrooms off to the sides with spacious bathrooms. Don’t hesitate to book this property.

Mark was very helpful. He was available to make recommendations for places to eat and to shop. He was very pleasant and considerate.

We had a nice stay at this property. Owners are super nice and responsive. Great location, safe neighborhood. Very clean space. It’s worth mentioning, the master bed is VERY firm. We aren’t used to that type of firmness. Other than that, it was perfect for our family. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Marc is a gracious host and has a beautiful well maintained place. We ( me and my husband) were there with 2 teenagers and 4 elderly. Cleanliness is usually the first thing I look for, and I was so happy to see how clean all the rooms and washrooms were. Everyone in my family had a comfy stay and all our interactions with Marc were so pleasant. He even offered us his backyard and front yard to use as we pleased. Thanks again Marc for a delightful, enjoyable and most importantly, a comfortable stay.

We have visited Niagara Falls numerous and always had stayed at a large hotel. Due to the high price the hotels were charging for parking, let alone the room we decided to look at a rental and came across this great rental!! The parking was free and off street next to the house. When we arrived, we were greeted by Mark and Monica. Monica gave us a tour of the second floor where we would be staying. What a great place!! Even provided food for breakfast which lasted the two of us almost the entire 5 day stay. The house was immaculate. It had been recently totally remodeled (by Mark and his son who are in the renovation business). Everything was 5 star. We also enjoyed having a fire in the back yard at night. And one big added plus is that the rental is only 3 houses from a WEGO stop for both south and north bound. What a great way to see the falls and avoid the traffic and parking. Overall this is a 5 star plus location!!!!

This property is a beautiful spacious home in an excellent location. The falls are walking distance, as are shops, restaurants and many of the tourist attractions. It’s peaceful and quiet at night, and the beds are very comfortable. Mark and Monica were welcoming and accommodating. We really appreciated having the fridge stocked with breakfast items. Five stars! Would recommend. 😊

We have stayed at rental vacation homes dozens of times across the USA. This home takes the cake. Clean, updated, classy, quiet. Not a piece of dust to be found. Separate entrance from the owners. Backyard for the kids to run. Helpful & friendly hosts. One of the Niagra parks staff members asked us where we were staying & she was intrigued because she said she’s been admiring the home for years & wondered what it looked like inside. I spent my birthday week in Niagara Falls, ON and was fortunate to have stayed at this property. Mark, the owner, is a great host. I was scheduled to arrive early and since Mark and his wife had some plans that night, we agreed that I could come by early. Mark was very responsive to all my messages. He even gifted me a bottle of wine for my birthday; that was a warm and generous gesture! The property is kept so well — very clean, cozy, and has most of the things that you are looking for in a vacation rental. If you plan to take the WEGO bus, the bus stop is just about four houses away. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and I spent my mornings taking a walk by the river to Niagara Falls Park. I highly recommend this property and would definitely try to book this property again when I visit Niagara Falls!

Mark & Monica were amazing! We felt welcomed and absolutely loved the accomodations. It was a short, easy walk to the falls and we had plenty of comfortable space in the b & b. We'll definitely stay there again!

We had family from Germany staying with us and we all enjoyed this house . The place was spotless and the host was very helpful with things to do and where to go.He also provided us with all what we needed to get us started in the morning. We would stay again and highly recommend it. Thank you

We totally enjoyed this house! The owner’s hospitality was outstanding. He went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The house was spotless and had everything any one would need from kitchen utensils to laundry detergent. It was across from the river and accessible to everything. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

This property worked great for our family!! Really appreciated the 3 bathrooms. We enjoyed the front porch space as well as the backyard. And it was a beautiful walk to the Falls!!

This property is delightful. Situated within a 15 minute walk to the falls, it is conveniently located to all the action and yet offers a quiet reprieve from the bustle. The space is great for groups offering 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which allows for privacy and yet areas to gather. The kitchen is well stocked and Mark even starts you off with some groceries. We really enjoyed staying at this delightfully restored historic property.

We had a comfortable stay at this beautiful and well-maintained home. There were enough bedrooms for our large family to spread out a little, and the kitchen was a great opportunity for us to make some home cooked meals away from the restaurants of the tourist areas. The yard is also large and well cared for, like the rest of the house. The location was excellent. It is a reasonable walk to attractions and very convenient to public transit. Overall, one of the beds was a little firm for our personal preference, but we would absolutely stay here again on a trip to Niagara.

Perfect family rental! View of the fireworks at night from the sidewalk…so close and easy to get to the falls. Mark was very nice and helpful. Beautiful backyard to relax in. House was stocked with everything we could need…No complaints! Fantastic property and would definitely rent again. Thank you!

Not a great experience. The owner of the property actually lives in the house he rents out. He lives on the main level and this place is on the upper. The ad did not state that someone would be living below. My 5 brothers and I had some drinks and stayed up late playing Xbox and cards. We did not have any music playing and didn’t invite anyone else to the VRBO. We were literally playing Xbox and card games until 5am. The owner sent me a message at 430am telling us that we need to shut our “party” down and go to bed. He then went outside in his boxers (which is completely inappropriate) where my brother was having a cigarette and told him that we were going to bother his neighbours and that he and his wife weren’t able to sleep with us playing cards and laughing and joking into the morning. Apparently the owner has a bed time that guests need to abide by however it is not written on the description of the vrbo. I get that nobody wants a party going at a rental, and we respected that. Literally playing cards and Xbox is as wild as we got! (Lame I know but we had fun). The manager called me multiple times to tell me that we needed our night to be over. I felt as though I was being harassed. The next day I politely replied to the owner stating that i can see our arrangement isn’t working for him and the we would gladly leave for half of our money back as we stayed for half of the time we booked. I received no answer to this. We continued through our booking and stayed another night to which there was no altercations. I then got an email at 1025am telling me that we need to leave as his cleaners were there and ready to clean the place. I advised the owner that his listing said 11am checkout and not 10am. He then called me again and told me that it has never said 11am and has always been 10am and that we need to leave. I then took a screenshot of his own listing which stated 11am. He apologized and told us we could stay until 11am however we were frantically trying to get our stuff packed an out at that point. We left the place in perfect condition. No garbage, everything put back into place and dishes washed. We were respectful guests that just wanted to stay up late and have some laughs with our family. The owner should make it clear that his sleep comes first. Or make it clear to families that they cannot stay up late before they book. We would have picked a different place had we known. Very disappointed. Not good.

Property was beautiful and easy to find. Located close to everything. Mark greeted us and was wonderful and very helpful in finding us a local grocery store. Will definitely use this house again for future travels

We decided as a family that we would celebrate the holiday a little different this year and go away for the week. We had an amazing family time, our Host was so gracious and helpful. The rental was clean, fully equipped with all the amenities and perfectly located. We definitely will recommend this rental to other family members and friends. The perfect holiday getaway!

Due to a planning mistake on my part, I had mistakenly booked Mark's property for a family dinner event that was too large for the home. Mark was understanding, and while we ultimately switched venues for our family event - the stay at Mark's place was great. It's SO clean and nice. Well-appointed, lots of attention to detail. And he also gave us really great recommendations for local restaurants, too! If you want a peaceful, relaxing place to stay, this is it! I hope we can get a chance to stay in the summer and enjoy the outdoor space. :-D
