La ubicación es perfecta.
La seguridad del hotel

Beautiful room in a beautiful central location.
The room size was very very small. It is ok for a couple of days though.
4.3
The room was ample and clear. The staff was excellent and mega caring. They prepared packed breakfast for us at 5:30 because we had to go on a tour. Very accomodating with time too. Two blocks away from the main square
4.3
El estilo de la casona muy bien conservado.

La atención del personal como nos recibieron y como nos informaron. La cama matrimonial de 3 plazas, enorme y las sábanas impecables

Location. Room size
The hotel knew we had returned from Maccu Pichu, where we had no shower for 4 days. And in the hotel, they closed the water, so we had no chance for the shower.
And the same happened without any warning the next night. After 21, there was no water. It was not even possible to use the toilet.
When we arrived, the hotel arranged a taxi for us at $10. When we wanted to return, they asked for $25.

The location, its was a 5 mins walk to plaza de armas eith resto, shops along the way. My room was unique and clean.
Its not that i dont like but it would be nice with elevators, esp when guests has big luggages and the room is on the 1st floor

Our second stay here and again, we have only positive experience. I liked this place with all my heart, so cosy, so friendly, so clean, and home-style breakfast is absolutely wonderful.
Additionally I would like to highlight Isabel and Karolay - they are always ready to help with any request and support at any need.

We stayed at the Casa Biru for 2 nights only, but it was the best experience for all of us. Rooms are spacious (we had two level room) , bathroom, bed linen, towels - everything is clean and neat. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful, you can find all necessary food to start your morning, coffee is amazing.
I would like to highlight how helpful and friendly staff is. Isabel is a true heart and soul of this hotel.
By the way, the hotel located in the heart of the city in proximity to all the main areas.
I would definitely recommend this place to any of my friends and would be happy to return back again.

There was so much to like at this place! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was amazing--nice water flow and great temp. If you have travelled at all in Latin America, you know what I am talking about. The breakfast was very nice and passable for the price point and we had the place to ourselves, or at least, it felt like it. We were even able to organize the laundry service next door to leave our clothes for us as we were out traveling all day and were scared we would return after closing. The rooms were also lovely and included a space heater for those cold nights. Location was perfect, just a few blocks walk from the Plaza de Armas and a five minute taxi from Wanchaq station.
Although the bathtub was a nice touch, the shape of it made it difficult to take a shower (it was one of those body contouring ones). Also, the place was a touch tricky to find, especially at night because the sinage wasn't lit up and they weren't picking up the line that was listed on Google. They do give you a what's app number upon arrival! Just be aware it is directly across the street from the Marriot.

Very nice boutique hotel…easy access point to city center…will definitely stay there ago when I am in town…

The lady at breakfast was lovely
Overall we didn't have a good experience. We were ripped off when we booked a transportation with them. They charged us U$20 to pick us up and when we booked to go to the airport they told us it cost 20 soles (U$5). There is a restaurant inside the hotel and they had big parties there. Lots of drunk travellers screaming all night. Impossible to sleep with my baby. When we complaint about it they gave an excuse saying that there was a party in the main square (blocks away) and they couldn't do anything about it. Impossible to hear the main square from our room. I would rather pay a little bit more and have a better experience

Breakfast was great (had eggs, sausage, cheese puffs, and different juices - melon and orange). They also had bread and jam. The rooms were very clean and receptionist was very accomodating
We booked a room for three people and found that we didn’t have enough desk space to put all of our stuff. Also we have a large checked bag and it took up a lot of space in the room.

I stayed in 4 different hotels in Cusco, this was the best one. The decor of the room was beautiful and it's right on the road with all the nice restaurants
4.3
I liked the fact that the location was very close to the main square. Plus, there was a supermarket that was right down the road that helped to obtain water everyday. The room was a very nice size and the bed was comfortable. They were also very courteous to hold my luggage for 5 days while I was on my Machu Picchu hike.
I didn't like that the last two days I was there there were issues with the water. The day before I left there were issues with the water sputtering and not getting warm. I let them know and they said that they would check on it. I got back and they said it was good. I got up very early the next morning to take a shower and the water cut off while I was attempting to shower. I had to go downstairs in my towel to get them to fix the water coming on and the hot water working. It was the one thing that caused me to not like the hotel. Otherwise I would love to leave a 5 star review.
4.3
Superbly situated in the historical center of Cusco. A charming, characterful building and a spotlessly clean, spacious apartment, with a huge super-king-sized bed. Isabel and other staff were friendly and helpful: arranging airport transfers, suggesting restaurants, sights to see, making a packed breakfast for my early-morning departure for Machu Picchu. There was coffee and tea available in the courtyard, and a very nice cooked breakfast on my second morning. Wifi connection was good.
I loved looking out from my little balcony and seeing the women in their colorful traditional dress, sitting on the steps opposite with baby alpacas!
It was a little chilly and I didn't see any kind of heating controls in my room. To say the place was a little big for just one person isn't really a complaint!
4.3
Great spot, convenient location, quiet, clean, comfortable room. The staff was great and breakfast was decent.
The room we booked was TINY. Barely any space to walk around. So if you're traveling with a suitcase, it's kind of impossible to move around the floor. It's perfect for a quick one or two night stay but I wouldn't want to stay there for a week, unless you booked one of the larger rooms. A bit pricy in my opinion for the size of the room.
4.3
Location perfect, very good value. Clean, safe, lots of hot water in shower. Quiet. Large comfy beds.
Staff were amazingly responsive and understanding. Due to political unrest which started the day we arrived in Cusco, our travel plans were disrupted. We were able to extend our stay a night at a time at the original booking.com rate, staying in our same family room. This was SO helpful and reassuring. I'm very grateful for the hotel's flexibility. We were fortunate to be at Casa Biru as all this happened. Also has a restaurant on site which was convenient for the evening curfews at this time.
They also recommended a good trusted tour agency.
No windows in room, but during unrest, this meant security and quiet.
4.3
Great location, close to the Plaza and near some of the best restaurants in the city like Cicciolina or MAP Cafe. Very helpful staff as well
The property is shared with some offices, it is not all part of the hotel. Not an inconvenience but we weren’t aware when booking

We ended up having to extend our stay here until the 18th due to the Inca Trail being closed. They couldn't have been more wonderful in helping us extend our stay, giving us lots of information about what was happening and keeping us happy. The hospitality was exceptional.
The rooms are amazing, really big with large beds and spacious bathrooms. They come with a fridge and a safe and a desk if you need it. The outside courtyard is lovely, and a great place to enjoy a (free) tea and read a book in the morning.
The breakfast was great - really good quality. The restaurant attached is also amazing, you get a free pisco sour on arrival, and I really recommend trying the food as well.
We came for our honeymoon, and whilst there were things external to the hotel going on that put a bit of a dark cloud over our experience, Casa Biru really made up for it. Thank you.
4.3
Very friendly staff and great location.
the bed wasn’t great, the mattress sagged in the middle.
4.3
Lovely little place. Location is fantastic (round the corner from the main square) and it’s very reasonably priced. The food was great and complimentary hot drinks are available throughout the day by reception. We were also given a token for a complimentary cocktail on arrival too. The beds are super comfortable and the staff are really friendly and go above and beyond - storing luggage, arranging transport and even a complimentary piece of birthday cake in our room when we got back from our macchu trek! Highly recommended - we would love to stay there again ourselves.
Nothing at all !

Location very convenient to Plaza de Armes. Pleasant staff. Charming wall paintings and interior courtyard. Pleasant walks to many of areas most visited sites. Fun to visit numerous artist studios in San Blas section.
Only hotel we visited where had to pay for bottled water. Arrangement for taxi pickup at train station would not have worked if I didn’t re-contact as train arrived.

location and breakfast
pillows were very hard and uncomfortable, it didn’t feel like a hotel, we had nothing to do with the staff other than check in and when they called reasonably late at night to ask, for the 3rd time, what time we wanted breakfast. room was very basic and no water provided or options for refills.
