We absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was incredible, the attention to detail in the decoration/design was awesome, and it is in a perfect location close to cafes, shops, and restaurants.

Love the rooftop bar!!! You can have a drink and watch beautiful sunsets, and relax. Staff are very kind and helpful. Hotel is located in a quiet alley and convenient to shops, restaurants and massage centers, just need few minutes walk.

Everything except the reception staff!

The reception who registered me. I paid for the room for 2 nights. On the way to the room, she informed my that the room charges did not include breakfast. I then asked her to include breakfast offered to pay for the extra. As I came down, she informed me that no need to pay extra as breakfast would be complimentary. The first morning was fine. I received my breakfast. The second morning was horrible. No breakfast was prepared. The housekeeper informed me there was no information about my getting breakfast as my room did not include that. Who on earth would think that complimentary breakfast was for one day out of two??? The hotel expect guests to go find it themselves even though I was willing to pay for but refused stating it is complimentary!!! Horrible!

The location on a quiet street, the staff at the rooftop bar were great.

Some sound insulation in the small room - a very enthusiastic couple seemed to hold their own Olympics for 2 hours. They both deserved a gold medal.

Location and decorate style. Very comfort and room space is wide. Breakfast is very good taste. Rooftop bar was so nice and the view was very nice, too. Hotel staff was very nice and done every requested.

Friendly staff at the front desk and the neighborhood itself was fairly quiet, especially at night.

Location is good, near Nimman. Breakfast is very good. I like Ananda’s breakfast very much. Amenities was good selection also.
