Run down, dirty, room smelled, people hanging out in cars, slimy floor

Convenient to the need.

Older and floors sticky. Elevator seems like it could break.

Everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff was awesome. I was there because my niece was graduating from Dallas Baptist University. Thank you staff for your kindness and helpfulness.

THE FIRST ROOM THE TV DID NOT WORK SO WE WERE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM 😔 OKAY FINE MOVED TO ANOTHER ROOM THE SOAP / SHAMPOO/ CONDITIONER DISPENSER WASN'T LOCKED THE SOAP WAS EMPTY HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TV IN THAT ROOM .WE WERE TOLD NO MAINTENANCE IN THE PROPERTY OK WE BREAKFAST THE BACON WAS HARD THE OATMEAL WAS WATERY DIDN'T SEE ANY GRITS WENT TO THE POOL ON SUNDAY THE POOL WAS FULL OF LEAVE THE WATER WAS OKAY WENT INSIDE ASKED WHETHER ANYONE THERE TO CLEAN THE POOL THE MANAGER I ASSUME OR THE LADY AT THE DESK SAYING THERE'S NO MAINTENANCE HERE IT'S AN OUTSIDE COMPANY THAT CLEANS THE POOL THAT'S SAD THAT A HOLIDAY WAS COMING UP THE POOL SHOULD HAVE BEEN CLEAN OVERALL CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS OKAY BUT IF I HAD TO CHOOSE TO STAY THERE AGAIN I WOULDN'T IF I COULD RATE I WILL GIVE YOU A FIVE I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL GRAND PRAIRIE TEXAS AGAIN

The facility staff and over all facility was very nice. However the shower in our room (409) leaked water onto the bathroom floor every time we used the shower. And the carpet was very sticky. My house shoes stuck to the carpet and I would not walk on the carpet barefooted because it felt so gross. Fix those two things and I would rate your property very nice.

Very nice hotel. Great location with lots of restaurants close by. Staff very friendly. Room clean and comfortable. Quite even though on first floor next to entrance

Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast

They was a strong smell as you walked in like overdone Lysol. The worst part was the carpet in the room. It was very sticky and my white socks were ruined after walking on it. Also, a loud vibration woke me up in the middle of the night. It kept going off but we never figured out where it was from.

Parking we easy, check in staff was nice and rooms were clean.

Everything is good except the door doesn't have the top flip lock, you can tell it's been damaged for awhile. Room 214

Check in was fast. Clean room. Breakfast was great during our stay.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok. The staff told us that theyvwould bring more pancake mix out but never did.

Room smelled like dog urine. Was given a can of “Black Ice” vehicle air freshener and told there was no other rooms available.

Check in was easy. Our room was right by the pantry so when they started banging around early in the morning, it woke all of us up earlier than we had wanted. Breakfast was decent, they offered a good variety that catered to the different needs and wants in our group. Upon leaving our room we found a cockroach crawling across the floor.

These people are holding onto. 100 security deposit for a week. I will not stay there again

This was my first time attending a Cowboy game! The morning food selection was good and rooms 220/218 and 403 were comfortable. If I come back to the area I will stay there!

Great place to stay. Lots of things to do and eat around

It was very convenient for us. We needed to get to AT*T Stadium and with this hotel it was a straight shot to the stadium 20 mins. Also the convenient of the restaurants was great just throw a rock and you'll hit the building.

Our stay was great. My only complaint is the beds are super comfortable, but we will definitely stay there again.

It has a terrible smell

This is a beautiful and quiet location. The room was clean and the bed very comfy. A little repair on doors is needed.

Wonderful hotel, very clean and comfortable! The kerig coffee maker in the room is a game changer, we really loved that on top of a very comfortable stay.

In all honesty, I would have given this property a 5 star, but one thing kept me from doing so. The check in process was quick, and the employee was friendly and professional. The beds were comfortable, it was nice and cool, and it was quiet (almost too quiet, the silence was loud!). We checked in around midnight and went straight to bed. However, the next morning I found blood stains on the sheets of the bed my daughter slept in. They looked like recent blood stains, and I could tell the sheets hadn't been washed yet. I checked her over and there were no cuts or scrapes. I was beyond disgusted. I showed the front desk employee pictures, and she apologized, but because I reserved the room through Expedia, she couldn't discount the room or offer me anything. Even though the rest of the experience was great, I know now they do not change their sheets in between customers. Sleep here at your own risk!

I’m amazed with our room! The space is utilized well. We have a microwave and full mini fridge, extra shelving around the room, extra hooks and lights everywhere, a chaise to lounge in, and even the bathroom space was excellent. Housekeeping has the washcloths fanned out as decoration, the tissue and toilet paper starter had a cute flower shape with a stamp in the middle, the lighting is great and the mirror didn’t fog up! I’ve paid more for a room that had little to be desired.

Clean, very convenient location with plenty of eateries around, nice breakfast.

This was our first stay here and we loved it the area was nice quiet the breakfast was amazing the room was spectacular and the amenities in the room were better than some of the top rated downtown Dallas hotels we will definitely be back and become regulars here Thank you it made our weekend trip even better
