Had an amazing experience at The Art Hotel Medellín, beautiful and clean hotel, really well located, very nice and friendly, all stuff were very helpful. Sin duda alguna muy muy muy recomendado, y claro regresaré! Muy contento con todo el servicio!

A beautiful hotel with a unique aesthetic. If you like your hotels to be bland "Holiday Inn" style places, this may not be for you. The design is industrial, all the way down to steel bathroom doors and sealed concrete floors, but we loved it. Staff were terrific, the room was spotless. Excellent air conditioning. Neighbourhood is busy but safe, with lots of eating options within a couple of minute's walk. The hotel also has a restaurant on the roof.

I really liked the property. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and has nice character/design. It is in a convenient location. I had a great stay, thank you.

This is not a hotel and doesn’t meet the minimum standards of world tourism and hospitality. I do not recommend this place to anybody, it will be a great regret! Most rooms not having windows to outside and the floor is just hard concrete. My room hadn’t any window to outside and exactly like a cell in a jail. I asked them to change my room to something acceptable but they asked for more money. Yes they charge you for any request and I have to tell this hotel is a total scam. Actually they changed an old building that I am not sure what it was used for to a hotel. I matter of restaurant, they hadn’t a chef or cook and were not able to provide a good meal. Their breakfast was a disaster, they were not able to make a Colombian coffee and the milk was old. I saw clots of milk when they’ve poured it in hot coffee. And also they were using left over food from last night for next morning breakfast. That’s why they hadn’t any customer for their restaurant. Please pick another place to stay if you want to enjoy your trip.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT STAY IN THIS TRASHY PLACE. Photos online are extremely misleading. The place looks like a prison. Bathrooms look deplorable. There are bugs. My friend got bit just by sitting in the lobby waiting on their staff which took over an hour to refuse us a refund. They did not understand nor cooperate and they offered to show us more misleading photos of another property, as if we had time to go visit hotels and see more miserable conditions. I don’t know how people stay here, it is disgusting. Just go rent a prison cell, you’ll at least get what you pay for

The location is convenient. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast. However, the property is in need of renovation. There was no dresser in my room, I had to keep clothing in my suitcase. There is some noise at night, especially on weekends. The Internet keept disconnecting.

If you like industrial look , you are gonna love this hotel , however it has bad and good things , good things very clean comfy friendly stuff , good location nice breakfast bad things not enough lighting very dim areas in the room , no closet no drawers , you can hear music from outside the whole time and noise from other rooms it’s good for short stay .

Great hotel, staff was amazing and very nice. Location is ideal in El Poblado and close to Provenza. Rooms were clean. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t block the noise very well and at times you can hear other rooms conversations and other things going on late in the night (if you know what I mean).

The hotel was very dark, rooms had no where for clothes, 4 hangers, dark rooms and public area. Asked front desk to book us a tour checked 4 times as 3 time checking no one seemed

Staff is great. Hotel is a bit dark. This hotel targets short stays only. Only one towel hook and a max of 4 hangers per room, no drawers and windows that don't open. If you are looking for a one night escape consider this hotel, but for an extended stay it not on par with the other hotels.

Very clean and safe hotel. The rooftop is very pretty and calm if you want to have a night in.
