Great!

It was amazing. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel.

The room was basic. No soap was provided for the sink. The hallways were very dark. The continental breakfast was very limited, juice machine did not work. It was ok for one night . Very limited parking as well.

I loved this hotel. Staff is super friendly, breakfast was plentiful, they had one of those fancy coffee machines that makes whatever you want. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The front desk has lemon water. But the spa! You have to experience it yourself. 65 dollars buys you four hours, there are hot pools, cold pools, saunas from around the world, it was so good we went two days in a row! And the hotel backs onto the river that’s so peaceful and you can even see fireflies. I would 100 percent recommend to anyone

The property was great, the staff though not all, but one lady the more mature one (sorry didn't catch her name) tried and was Excellent!!!! She went out of her way to make our stay acceptable. We couldn't figure out how to turn on the Air Con, the condition of the room was such that we would not be able to continue our stay at the hotel, but she came and fixed it for us. The rooms are poorly designed and very very small for our tastes, we're used to Hampton Inn style rooms, regardless the surroundings of the hotel are beautiful, very cottage like feeling. The hotel decor needs a refresh, the decor is too old and dark hallways, the wallpaper in hallway was peeling off around the stairway and so on ... The people saved it and made our stay hospitable, I'm grateful for that. Also the coffee, infused water at reception, free breakfast, free EV charging also made our stay agreeable. The bedding, towels were great!!! PIllow, mattress, clean sheets and clean towels were perfect!!! All in all we had an enjoyable stay, although after a rough start with the condition of the room.

Very good time spent in the hotel. The outside pool and pool area is nice, great to relax in the afternoon. Spa looks inviting. We were there for an event in the area so no time to spend there. Lots to do around: There is a park just beside the hotel with access to the water so bring you paddle board or canoe. Nice restaurants and coffeehouses to discover in the area. Room is good, clean, not big but enough for a family of 4 on a weekend trip. I really like the hard laminate floor. Feels healthier than the usual hotel carpet, if you know what I mean. The AC is a little noisy but it was hot outside and it kept the room cool, so that's the price of having it. Overall a very good experience. Will come back for sure.

Excellent, happy staff that are very knowledgeable about the area. There is an incredible bakery nearby (Boulangerie Ange Rosemère).

Absolutely the best

Hotels rooms weren’t cleaned throughly, I was able to see hair under the bedsheets. Breakfast has limited menu, no hot pancakes or waffles. Just basic menu. They have limited parking space so they ask to park little far and walk towards the room. Won’t call this best value for money place

Construction on road made it difficult to find This could have been communicated

This hotel needs to give there property photographer a raise. When I booked I thought it was a secluded hotel on the river. It is on a main road going through massive construction, surrounded by businesses, but still on a river. The hotel is barely visible around the construction. But I will say, once we made it, it was fine.

Hotel with the 4 stars should be clean, breakfast should be good, this is my first and my last stay,

Went to. Montreal for a two night stay. The hotel vibe was amazing. I wasnt super impressed with my room as the furniture was kinda old and our bed creaked. However, there was construction happening near the hotel that disturbed us one night so the hotel was extremely considerate and moved us to another room upon request. That room was much better and really elevated our stay. Thank you Leah for all your help!

I loved my suite. The bed was super comfortable. I absolutely loved having the built in speakers in the ceilings of the wall and shower so I can listen to my music! Coolest feature of a hotel room I’ve ever seen. I loved how you can change the lighting in the room and shower any color you want. It was cool to have a fireplace in the room. Tv in front of the bed was perfect. The ONLY thing wrong was the shower smelled very bad. Which is unfortunate because it was a really cool shower with multiple shower heads. I liked the glass walls of the shower. But it had a strange odor inside. It looked like there was mold along the bathtub on the floor. The pool was nice with a beautiful scenery of the river behind it. What a pleasant stay! I would stay again.

Staff was courteous and helpful, room was also ok. Lot of construction going around because of which I took time to figure out a way to the property. Hotel should have put a signage so as guests can know about it. Limited options in breakfast with no lunch and no dinner options. Overall stay was good.

There was mosquitoes in the room told them to clean but when come back in night it was same. After 2 days finally its clean.

Very convenient, nice room and breakfast, next time we must try the SPA

The outdoor pool was warm, clean and had a great view of the river. The rooms were big and clean. The breakfast was varied for a continental breakfast. The street was a little noisy due to construction, but there is really nothing they can do about that, so it was okay. Will stay here again if we are ever going through Montreal again.
