When you go to the venue, the message on the locked gate takes you to a complete different location. When we drove there, managed to park the car and went in, we were told the keys are not there and had to go to another venue.
When we went to leave no one answered my calls to where to leave the keys brcause the address given in the paperwork is the incorrect location.
And we couldn’t leave them at the venue as the gates to leave required the keys
Its a bloody mess !

Last minute gettaway and did not disappoint beautiful apartments lots of room , comfy beds , great pool area & secure complex with a friendly check in . Will def stay again

Great location, terrific pool area.
Parking a bit of a challenge if you have a larger sedan/wagon or a 4wd, and there are no spare bays available.
The townhouse has a great layout, good sized kitchen with everything you’d need, dining table presumably with chairs for the number of people staying, (we were 3 so that’s all the chairs that were around the table) spacious bedrooms, good air cons on both levels, 2 bathrooms, and a powder room off the laundry, balcony with bbq and seating. We had a small problem which was sorted out as best as possible given the time frame and which by all accounts is not likely to be a future problem. If you can’t walk up stairs easily, this is not the spot for you. Place could do with a couple of maintenance touch ups here and there but overall very comfortable.

Be aware that key pickup is off site, a 5 minute drive to the office.

I loved the spaciousness, cleanliness and close to drive to places. I loved the spa bath. Everything was truly great. Only a couple things I didn't like. The lounge was a hard lounge, needed a softer lounge with thicker cushions and upstairs window blind, could not have windows open as breeze knocked the blind around making it hard to sleep. Otherwise it was AMAZING!

Beautiful relaxing spa weekend. High quality all throughout with Bbq on balcony Only disappointment was poor TV reception & the long walk to reception for checkin & checkout. Otherwise perfect! Five stars!

We liked the area the lay out of the unit it was very comfortable it was in a good position close to every thing we could not find any fault s a very pleasant stay and would come again and recomend to friends

The property is amazing. Beautiful, tastefully furnished and well thought out.
Distance from key collection point to accommodation was a negative for us. We had to walk as our car was in for repairs and got very wet due to bad weather.

A spacious and well equipped townhouse with all the comfort we needed for our extended family. Close to the centre of Mandurah, which is in itself a hidden gem.

Had a nice surprise with a retro arcade game machine in the living area. Except for the few missing wooden support on the lower bunk bed, the place was really nice.

Being the second time we have brought the family to stay, both times have involved the 2 & 3 Bedrooms apartments we found both the apartments to be in very poor condition and quite dirty, which has effected both our health due to allergies being effect from the dusty conditions and has also effected the enjoyment of the stay.

We felt so comfortable at the Serenity. It was so tidy & clean & I throughly enjoyed the bubbles in the spa bath ☺️. I will go there again when staying in Mandurah

Very well appointed. Needs more power points in Master bedroom. Power needs to be left on in laundry as we were unable to turn it on. It was in accessible. Steps were a pain and narrow.

Lots of small dings and marks in the paint. The main foyer area, staircase and also one of the bedrooms lights didn't work. Needs somewhere to put your rubbish as there is only a small garbage bin in the kitchen and after a week that is not sufficient.

The apartment was very spacious, everything you could wish for, balcony and great bedding,and comfortable lounge area...Close to everything, walking distance to beach and waterways. pool is good.
Only thing we could complain about was the lighting in all areas needs to be brighter in dining, lounge and bedside. other than that it is great.
