Incredible public area art. Great breakfast options. The only complaints I had was a semi-slippery shower floor and limited lighting at guestroom entry.

Although very expensive in US standards, it was a beautiful hotel very close to all the dining options in town. Had a very well equipped gym, a spa, and large bar area for relaxing. Staff was amazing!

Excellent accommodations and even more wonderful staff ! They allowed us to check in after an overnight flight at 9 am as opposed to the usual 3 pm check in time ! Will highly recommend this hotel !

Great hotel, loved everything but the parking.
It was a bit hard to find the place because of the street closures around the parliament. Had to park 4 minutes away which is not bad but with luggage it’s no fun. Great and helpful staff.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff. Very clean and modern. Comfy bed with a double duvet.
Only downside was that the AC could not be turned off and the room was a bit too cold.

Beautiful clean hotel! The only issue I had is that there was no parking and no discounted parking anywhere. We had to park in the city hall parking lot or street parking. It was cheaper than parking in cities in the us but definitely more inconvenient. The whole area around is very walkable and the hotel is very clean!

We stayed here 1 night before a multiday tour and 2 nights after. This hotel is amazing. It is in a great location close to all the city sights, walking distance. The rooms were incredible and the staff very friendly. There was an issue with our room type on the last 2-night stay and the staff was so helpful and worked so hard to get it corrected. They went above and beyond for us. This hotel was very lovely and we would absolutely return!

You are right in the heart of downtown and have walkable access to the harbor and hot spots in the city. Very nice accommodations. Bathroom floors were heated, a very pleasant surprise. Close to the bus stops for tours etc.

Not particularly very accessible using taxis, you'd have to walk for 2min to get to the hotel because it's close to the Parliament and public transport isn't allowed at some point.

The high point of my visit was dinner in the hotel restaurant. The set menu was great value and the Icelandic Lamb sublime and quite possibly the best lamb dish I have had.

Great hotel. Very modern, close to bus station for excursion pickup(2min walk), right in city center, close to all major restaurants, convenient stores, shops. Walkable to everything in downtown. Our main guy, Gabriel at hotel hooked us up. Super awesome. Hotel staff amazing. Had us checked in early @7am and gave us a to go lunch for our early flight Sunday because we missed breakfast. Recommended to get breakfast package. A great spread with lots of options at buffet and you can pre order your way of eggs, pancakes, Benedict’s, and even option to have champagne (mimosa) with healthy shots(turmeric/ cod liver oil)
