House was amazing. Looked exactly like the photos. Great Location.

6 Men over 50, friends since high school me up in Charlotte to support another friends child during a youth football tournament in Matthews. Great location to event, plenty of space and especially loved gathering around the 85 inch TV to watch sports. Home design was perfect forlour needs. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of seating. Location was walkable to coffee shop and restaurants.

The space was great for my siblings and their adult children. The kitchen could use a little help by adding items like: additional hand towels, more cooking utensils, additional glassware. There are lots of empty drawers that can be filled with these items. We did not have enough bath towels and wash clothes which necessitated a quick trip to Target. The host was very responsive when I reached out because some of the rooms were cold and he brought over space heaters which solved the problem. The cleaners missed the mold on the ceiling in the upstairs shower for the bedroom with the curved wall sitting area. Great parking. We loved the large kitchen table for congregating. Easy to get to the many places involved with a wedding...the rehearsal dinner in SC, the wedding and reception in NC and the various meals out.

House was perfect for our family of 10. The location was wonderful and the neighborhood was all decked out with holiday lights. It was truly special

Enough room for all of us. One suggestion is to have enough towels and hand towels for 12 people. There are ants in the bathroom downstairs. The toilet seat in powder was broken.

It was the perfect size and space for my friends and I! Downtown was in walking distance and it was just perfect
