22時過ぎに到着したらスタッフが居らず泊まれなかった。

Location was great, the staff were very kind and pleasant to work with, and it was in a safe area.

The accommodations were subpar, best. Have stayed at the other property in Springfield and it was much nicer. Also, once I got home I looked at the charge made by the hotel and it was $20 more than the amount I was given upon booking. I didn’t notice at the time or would have said something. Also, the water pressure in the shower was horrific. I felt like it might tear my skin off. Could not lower the pressure and could not stand it for more than a couple minutes. Also, the AC unit would not stay on, no matter what I did. High, low, and auto did the same thing. For a 100 degree day, this was not the best place to stay. I ended up leaving after the first night of my two night stay. However, I did not ask for a refund because I felt I got what I initially thought I paid for. Again, I can only say nice things about the staff…but if you are looking for something even quasi-comfortable, do not stay here.

Great value, staff was nice

A little noisy, some guests down the hall, but in passing on my way to run and pick up my door dash, they were just having fun and were polite, so that’s not really a dislike.

This was a clean, well maintained property. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and very cordial.
