Facilities were amazing
I didn’t like my room (no 32), it didn’t feel clean and inviting. Shower head was not functioning properly and the kettle for tea didn’t look clean inside. The pool looked dirty and did not feel safe to swim under

After check in, when you come back at night you can highjack at the gate the turnaround time to open the gate at night is not make sure.
I propose that the security at the gate must be able to see a car when it stands there without pressing a bell.

The scenery. The room and the fact that you could order room service. I also enjoyed the spa.
The bed was not comfortable and there was a lot of noise because other people were having a party and playing music in the morning.

Arrived during loadshedding, no electricity back up, couldnt bath there was barely running water, floor at toilet was sticky, which were disturbing thinking what could have caused stickyness at a toilet, the ceiling in bathroom peeled

The place is soooo BEAUTIFUL, the pool is amazing,and place in general 🔥
couldn’t sleep because of the bed bug, which might be caused by dust. if only they could fumigate the rooms before visitors arrive.

The staff were friendly especially the security and reception.
The sheets and bedding were made from curtains making them hard and rough. The fake plants in the room were covered in dust. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The switches in the room were filthy and the rooms needs a new coat of paint. There was a review system in the rooms but past reviews are still in the box. So the property are not looking at feedback from the guests. This is pretty much 3 star if that and should not be rated more

Rooms were comfortable and clean. Lodge was fantastically located in close proximity to Roodeplaat Dam.
Breakfast could have started earlier in the morning ( 6am) for those who had to be at Roodeplaat Dam by 7am.

The place is a great getaway. The facilities are a bonus , I will definitely go back again
The shower is too small.. It will definitely not be easily accessible for plus size..

Children s pool so my kids were scared to swim as the pools available were very deep.

Well organized. Got my room key from the gate straight to my room. Room was clean and spacious. Self catering unit.
