We were tired at the end of a long trip. The hotel was close. The check-in easy. The room was on the 4th floor but the elevator made it easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The bed was hard but we were tired.

I have stayed at probably 50 hotels in my life and never felt the need to write a review. But this place was AWFUL. Upon checkin, we were greeted by the largest cockroach in the hallway I'd ever seen. The smoke alarm in our room had low battery and kept beeping. They came and took it out, but when we left 4 nights later they'd never replaced it. The "free breakfast" is a joke. The food is terrible, even for free hotel food. The dining room is TINY and you can't walk around if there are more than 8 people there. All of the tables and chairs are probably 20 years old with uneven leg, making eating tons of "fun". The carpet is probably 20 years old and torn in numerous places. Instead of fixing it, they just put floormats over the holes. Very classy. Had to make 2 trips to lobby because keys wouldn't work for more than a day or 2. Almost got attacked by a freakin dog in the elevator one night. Come out of your room at night and it smells like a Snoop Dogg concert. Guess it's cool if pot is your thing. It isnt' mine. The whole place just stunk. I know Best Western isn't "upscale" lodging but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Only writing a review so whoever reads it will have the sense to stay somewhere else. Anywhere else. Seriously, if I didn't have 5 people staying in 2 rooms, I would have rebooked into the Motel 6 down the road. It could NOT have been any worse.

Our stay at the hotel was very nice except one very important thing. The alarm clock in our room did not allow us or the gentleman in charge to set an alarm. We requested a call at 3:30 am since we were due to be at the airport at 4:30 a.m. They promised the call which we mentioned several times. It was never made! Fortunately, my cell phone did awake us as planned. If someone had not mentioned the cell phone, we could have missed our flight - depending on rhe call!

The pillows are awful and the towels are shabby. The hotel, in general, is very run down, but at least tge sheets are fresh and clean.
Long overdue for a major renovation and price raise.

This hotel was not well kept. My door key stopped working after its first use. The television remote control did not work. Room was not cleaned and the air conditioner was not working. We were asked to take another room… it had the same problems. We left for another hotel with better accommodations without staying there. I cancelled both of my reservations at this hotel and will not stay nor recommend it to anyone. I’m attempting to get my payments returned as we speak.

An ok hotel for resting near the airport. The hotel was clean, and staff were helpful. But the rooms were reasonably dated and could use a small upgrade. There is a 7/11 and arby's not too far away. However, driving seems to be the best way to get around from this hotel.
Overall, some improvements could be done, but was ok to stay if on a driving or to get to the airport quickly, (or recently arrived).

We were told over the phone that pool would be open, but it was obviously not since the water was green and had debris in it. There is an obvious need for updating, at least the carpet. Also, our bathroom door didn't shut proper due to hinge probkem. No bathroom fan meant the room became extremely humid with 4 people taking showers despite running the A C. The mattresses were firm, bedding and towels were in good condition. And, extra towels were quickly provided when requested.

The air conditioner in the room was unbelievably noisy. I can sleep through anything, but this thing disrupted my sleep. Any normal person would have demanded a new room.

I disliked the phone being broken. I disliked they didn’t have basic car tools.. aka jumper cables- I didn’t like the fact that the night desk person was never there. They didn’t clean my room until after I left. I was there for two days.. it should have been cleaned. I did like the shuttle service to the airport. She was very pleasant but I will not be staying nor would I recommend this hotel. Considered how close it is to the airport, it was very disappointing.

Old and rundown, in need of a major facelift. Cracked paint, stained carpets, broken elevator. The whole thing smelled of stale cigarettes and broken dreams. Wouldn’t stay here again.

The Front Desk posted a sign that states this is a non-smoking property. There are similar signs in the room as well. However, there was a strong what seemed to me to be marijuana smell throughout the hallways that lead to the guest rooms. Our room itself was smoke-free, but getting to our room meant that we had to walk through the common hotel corridors that smelled like marijuana. I brought this to the attention of the front desk clerk at checkout.

Smell of smoke indoors/lobby area. Just needed a last minute place to rest for an early morning flight. Would go elsewhere next time. Had to request a different room, due room having so much moisture in air and on floor and walls. Not sure what was going on there. I will say the beds in new room were comfortable.

I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. It was very dated and had an old musty scent. There were plenty of unwanted guest roaming outside the parameter. I was there with my family and the kids were not happy about the esthetics and they are toddlers!

The rooms should be cleaned ever day not every third day . Not did they bring us towels or soap we had to go to front desk to get them. For 220 dollars a night I expected way better service . We will never be staying at that hotel again unless they change there policy

Wash machine and one elevator broken I asked for a queen bed I got a double. Staff was excellent Front desk perfect housekeepers perfect need to keep a few more towels for the pool other than that no problems I would stay again.

Booked 2 queens, only had king. Sheets were damp and room was super humid. Quilt had holes from cigarette in it. Asked for blanket and extra pillow which never came.

It's one of those older hotels. But this one is clean. The breakfast is well above average. A lot of breakfast choices eggs and meat. The A/C is great. The staff is friendly and helps you out. I will definitely stay here again.

My flight was tentative because of weather and ended up not arriving until 5 am. The hotel called it a no-show, took payment for my room and cancelled my reservation. I was disgusted that they had a room available but would charge me a new charge for it.

Was not worth over $100 to stay there for the night. The beds are extremely stiff, pillows are about half the size of a normal pillow, and you can tell that the rooms are cleaned to the bare minimum. We just needed a quick place to stay for a flight cancellation but would not recommend this place to anyone.
