The rooms should be cleaned ever day not every third day . Not did they bring us towels or soap we had to go to front desk to get them. For 220 dollars a night I expected way better service . We will never be staying at that hotel again unless they change there policy

Workers would put their boots and dirty socks in the hallway overnight. It looked awful and smelled. Ive never seen that before.

Booked 2 queens, only had king. Sheets were damp and room was super humid. Quilt had holes from cigarette in it. Asked for blanket and extra pillow which never came.

Great place to stay!

It's one of those older hotels. But this one is clean. The breakfast is well above average. A lot of breakfast choices eggs and meat. The A/C is great. The staff is friendly and helps you out. I will definitely stay here again.

My flight was tentative because of weather and ended up not arriving until 5 am. The hotel called it a no-show, took payment for my room and cancelled my reservation. I was disgusted that they had a room available but would charge me a new charge for it.

Was not worth over $100 to stay there for the night. The beds are extremely stiff, pillows are about half the size of a normal pillow, and you can tell that the rooms are cleaned to the bare minimum. We just needed a quick place to stay for a flight cancellation but would not recommend this place to anyone.

Only 1 elevator worked, carpet floors were very dirty, saw a cockroach at check-in, and mattress was just a step up from a sleeping bag. Will NOT be staying here again.

We will not be staying here again. The staff was kind and breakfast was pretty good and we appreciated the shuttle to the airport but the moment we stepped off the elevator onto our floor it felt like we stepped into a cloud of marijuana smoke. Instantly we felt unsafe when we shut the door and it didn't feel secure even with the top lock, the door jiggled in and out. The bathroom tiles were moldy which made us feel the cleanliness was not be up to par, so much so we opted to not shower in fear of stepping into a germy tub. The room felt dusty as well. We considered leaving and staying somewhere else. We would have if our stay was more than 1 night. Hotel management needs to go room by room and see the conditions of the rooms.

Clean and friendly

One of the walls was dirty, and where the dirt was located it could have been easily cleaned. There was mold on the ceiling, and the bed wasn’t that comfortable. Customer service however was excellent.

1 night passing through. Perfect for what I needed

I was dissatisfied with this hotel. I assumed getting a 3 star hotel wouldn’t be ‘that’ bad. Unfortunately, I was wrong. It was hard to get in the room. My room key lit up as green but you had to use force to enter. At first I was nervous I was at the wrong door. The bed sheets had stains. One elevator was broken, thankfully they had two. Our room smelled horrible. Smelled like the bathroom. I’m not sure if it was mildew or lack of cleaning or all of the smells together. I sprayed so much Lysol and perfume around in that room but it didn’t help. The full size bed was uncomfortable. I refused to walk around the room barefoot. The a/c was loud. Walls thin. This was my first hotel stay where I wished I was home in my bed. Thinking about the smell is making my lip curl up. Just NO. But if you’re looking for a convenient hotel close to the airport and just need a place to lay your head this is perfect.

The staff who drive us to the airport was very helpful, even early in the morning.

This hotel is quite loud and old. The doors and walls don’t cut down on the sound. A/C was pretty loud, too. The shower, however, was excellent. Small bathroom. Room was fine.

Unfortunately, we did not make this stay. We were too far away and we’re not able to make it in time for check-in. We prepaid the room so it was our loss. However, when I called to report that we would be unable to make it even after we paid an advance and the hotel, lost nothing The staff member that took my call was incredibly rude and hung up on me, which I found to be extraordinarily disrespectful.

Very nice stay. Front desk was friendly and helpful as well as breakfast staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Loved bathroom decor and set up!

We like that is was very convenient and close to the airport.

Great place, have stayed there 12 times this year for work. BUT they are trying to save a bit of money so they stopped serving potatoes as part of their breakfast buffet…I miss them.

Close to airport

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was outdated but clean. Ice machines were not working except on first floor. One elevator was out of service. No air conditioning in the hallways but excellent air conditioning in the room.

Good place to stay away from home

Excellent value. Very close to airport.

Room was small, but well equipped. Breakfast was good: eggs, sausage, potatoes, fruit, cereal, yogurt, breads. Close to Richmond airport and much cheaper than some others.

It was a truly wonderful stay with helpful and supportive staff. My main issue was that the keys did not work and we were regularly locked out.

Our stay was brief, but enjoyable.
