I had stayed before, so I knew the hotel. Very nice property, ample rooms, great service. The thing that impressed me the most this time was my dinner at the restaurant. I had some vegetables in curry sauce (more like a broth, very light) and with an addition of a grilled chicken thigh it made for a delicious meal. I had a welcome drink as well, and that completed the evening.

The Hotel was as wonderful as could be imagined. A staff of inconceivable warmth , making me feel like I was at a home away from home.

I was in town a few days recovering from an extensive travel, and really appreciated the level of service (especially exceptional room service) offers by the property. Also thank you for offering breakfast options all day at the bar! 10/10!

I have stayed in many hotels in Montevideo and this is easily the best

Beautiful hotel and stay

Nice new hotel. Very comfortable beds and good shower pressure. Housekeeping only left face towels for one day (we stayed for 3 nights). Glasses had lipstick on it. Coffee pods supply only one day (2 pods). No sleepers. Rooftop restaurant gets pretty full after 6 pm when its open to the public. Good breakfast on the main floor. Friendly front desk staff

I really cannot fault this hotel. Our stay was perfect. The service from the staff was exceptional. It was my birthday whilst we were staying and the staff organised a cake to be delivered to my room and helped my partner organise a nice bottle of wine for the room. The roof terrace is the ideal place to relax in the sun and we enjoyed using the pool and gym. The bed in the room was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in!

Great service and location

It is my second time at the Montevideo hotel. It is new, it is 2 years old, it has a very nice terrace with a very nice small pool. and a very lively terrace for drinks, where Jimena helped us find an available table. Cleanliness is a strong point in the hotel, the girl who cleaned the room did her job very well. She would return without a doubt.

I'd come back to Montevideo just to stay here. Splurging for the breakfast is a must. The staff is awesome. The rooms are a joy and so beautiful. We extended our stay by 3 days just to enjoy. A real gem!

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Beautifully designed and well maintained hotel. What really stood out was attitude of staff. We had a couple of unusual requests whilst there which reception did their best to help with. Only slight downside was just a few loungers by pool. But then being 5 mins from amazing beach and a short drive to Old Town or Punta Carretas bars and restaurants, you do not want to miss lovely Montevideo by spending too long by the pool

This hotel was a wonderful experience for our short trip to Montevideo. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly, and the decor was tasteful. The staff was very attentive. It is located in a more quite and residential neighbourhood. There were some food options available within walking distance. Overall I recommend this hotel!

The hotel is gorgeous. The lobby, restaurant many the room are Architecture Digest worthy. It has all the pre-requisites of a 5 star hotel, but shockingly the food is awful--both room service and restaurant. Perhaps given the newness of the hotel they just didn't have enough time to hire a proper chef or create a decent menu.

Room was large, nicely furnished and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Victoria and Sebastian were noteworthy in their efforts to make our stay enjoyable.

The hotel is very modern, it’s a new construction. It’s located in a residential neighborhood, absolutely nothing of interest is around it and it far is from any of city’s attractions or restaurants. Staff is nice. The hotel is clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant is good, but limited. The restaurant is strangely run, we went several times and the place would be near empty and the staff would tell that they would have to see if they could fit us in, one night the couldn’t despite the place being only half full, we asked for a recommendation for a local place to eat, they sent us to place that not open. We eventually found a place just few blocks away that fine on our own. The roof top bar was constantly having private parties, and was always half empty. The gym was filled with palates machines, which was odd, not something you find hotel gyms. If you were visiting friends or family that lived in the immediate area of the hotel I would recommend it, otherwise I would not.

Beautiful hotel. Grest food, beautiful grest big rooms. Rooftop was great hostes was not very helpful. Made us wait a long time while other people that arrived after us got in quick without a reservation. Breakfast was excellent

A charming boutique hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. Awesome roof top bar. I highly recommend
