I love the staff. They are so professional, smart, and fun. I have stayed here so many times, even almost a month once. Everyday. My room is perfect... I spend money here at the Hop Inn because I like the people who work here, and how they run this hotel.

Absolute garbage, fake hotel. Looks normal on the outside but has no hot water in the shower, the sink isn't connected to hot water underneath, there was 0 supplies available; no toothbrush, comb, coffee, not even handsoap in the bathroom.

Stayed for 7 nights. The room had problems. The TV didn't work, the toilet tank doesn't stop filling water (noisy) and toilet door was not closing. We have reported the problems but at first nothing was done about it. On the 3rd day the TV was fixed and the toilet door but the toilet tank was not. The maintenance guy just turned off the water supply to the toilet instead of fixing the problem. Toilet was fixed on the 4th day. The bed is only a piece of slippery board under the mattress hence the mattress kept sliding. On the 5th day the elevator stopped working and we had to use the stairs to get up to 15th floor. Last but not least 1 day the Aircon was out of service too and you can't open the windows for a little breeze. Room cleaning is done once every 3 days only 1 toilet roll provided. No amenities included in the room. Overall we should have stayed at Holliday Inn next door as originally planned. Hats off to cleaners that worked very hard.

Very basic hotel. Given that it is clean and cheap, good alternative for a max 2 day stop in the city.

Since it is a budget hotel please expect nothing more than 2 towels and toilet paper and body wash in the bathroom. No toothbrush, no shampoo or conditioner and no handtowels and basic amenities. Please make sure to bring your own to manage expectations.

The hotel is very clean. There’s a 7-11 and a gym next door. I also love the coffee and sharwama stalls that are close by.

Hotel room is a bit small although it’s clean. It doesn’t have a toothbrush and other toiletries and no sleepers as what I expected.

The place is within short walking distance to Ayala Business Centre and SM Cebu. The hotel is very clean and modern. I really appreciate that I was granted early check-in. Since I am a very light sleeper, I would like it if the housekeeping staff to be mindful and gently close doors / talk softly in the hallway. The rooms have poor sound insulation. Each time a neighbouring unit shuts their door, it sounded very loud and reverberates in my unit. Maybe management could place a sign inside each unit to remind clients "Please gently close door".

Friendly door ladies and men. Good location for a visit. No toilet paper and dirty bathroom isnt the best. Friendly workers. No phone at hotel for emergency also. Go to Holiday Inn better.
