Modern, clean and spotless. Host was great.

Firstly, the house and rooms are top class. Sparking clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable, a really home from home feel with fresh fruit, cereals, and yoghurts laid out each morning for breakfast. There is also a kitchen which residents can use at their leisure - to be able to make myself an evening cup of tea was a real bonus! The owner Karl went over and above to help us with invaluable advice on places to go, to eat, and the easiest routes for travel to places you wish to visit. Victorian Renovation is a real gem, and we will be returning in the future ✨️

Karl is an extraordinary host. He's been there for us from the very first moment and we found the thoughtful attention to detail in the whole house amazing. His place is one of the best I ever stayed in.

What a gem! Gorgeous room with high end facilities, well presented, comfortable bed/bedding, soft towels and good shower. The room, well, the entire property was spotlessly clean and we were made to feel very welcome.

Nothing! Everything we needed was on hand, the breakfast was a good quality continental (cereals, yoghurt, fruit) and we really had no complaints.

It was so clean and very well decorated. Modern feel and very light and airy.
