Love Eastin Hotel! Clean, new and staffs were all wonderful! Best one in Vientiane even though it’s my first time in Vientiane. I will definitely stay there if I ever go back to Laos.

The location was OK but not within walking distance of town or night market however Hotel offered free shuttle on an hourly basis to both locations. Hotel itself was excellent with good facilities and very helpful staff.

We appreciated our stay at the hotel with its convenient location on the river near the airport and night market . The room was roomy and well appointed with a good view. Best of all was the great front desk staff

The hotel is located on the banks of the Mekong River, a ten minute drive to the airport, thirty minute drive to the High Speed Railway Station and five minutes away from the CBD. The facility is new, the staff very friendly and the facilities agreeable. Our room overlooked the river. On the far side we could see the lights of Thailand. A delightful open roof top bar and restaurant served fine food and wine at sensible prices. At night the atmosphere was enhanced with the occasional aeroplane arriving and departing overhead from the International Vientiane Airport. At the lobby level a Restaurant served a large array of dishes for breakfast. A well appointed bar downstairs was a welcome refuge when rain closed the roof top bar.

I alway stay here on my first week when I vist Laos. It Peaceful and cleaned.. ☆☆☆☆☆

The property is on the outskirts of Vientiane, surrounded by unfinished, unpretentious building sites, and faces a busy road that runs along the Mekong River. The hotel has a decent-sized swimming pool,(slippery floor when wet!) Terrace bar-restaurant on the top floor, unfortunately, we were unable to use it because of the heatwave. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the town. Hotel food average. Vientiane is not worth a visit! Nothing there. Save your 40$ visa!!

Very new 5 star hotel. Everything was excellent and the price was very attractive. Great breakfast buffet and awesome bar/restaurant. Could not ask for anything more.

Definitely one of my best hotel experiences in quite some time. The quality lf the staff and facilities is one of the best in the world. Easily a 5 star rated hotel. If youre looking for a luxury hotel that is both quiet at night and away from any noise, this the one. The river view is amazing. The breakfast was above and beyond most places i have been to as well and will seeve traditional Laos style soup.

Property was nice, right across street from Mekong. Staff, especially in Silk Road restaurant was very professional and attentive. I got room on 8th floor directly below speakers of 360 restaurant and bar, and on some evenings it was very loud. All other nights I heard and felt the vibrations of the bass from the music. This was NOT ideal, but since I did not complain to reception and ask for another room, it's my bet. Having been at the Bangkok Eastin before, I just expected a bit more (of amenities, etc) luxury. Breakfast was consistently good every morning

The rooms and common areas are very clean and all of the staff are truly wonderful. Breakfast has a large selection and is fresh every morning.

The property itself is very nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. As far as the surrounding area is very nice, just the close proximity is not as clean like the western world, but clean enough. The service is excellent, United States has nothing to compare considering they don’t get compensated like getting tips and the pay is very low.

The property itself is very nice and clean. Staff are very helpful from entering into leaving. About the surrounding areas, it’s expected to be dirty if compared to the western world. However, the location is very nice, less crowded than anywhere else. I would return to it, if I go back.

Great hotel and service

Very nice hotel with well appointed and clean rooms, comfortable bedding, nice pool with a view and good breakfast. The location is a long walk from the center of town, restaurants and action. Service is very attentive and effective.

Good breakfast and food at the restaurant, staff all very friendly (although reception staff sometimes much less so particularly on check out). Good gym. Overall good value for the price.

Overall place was nice if you were in their updated rooms. We were in a suite and it was really nice. We stayed earlier in their basic room and it was too small and smelt weird and had a stain on the sheets. Only down side is that the shower water isn’t hot, it’s like warm. Other than that place was nice!

Nice and modern hotel, but the area around it is still developing. We went to the rooftop bar and the service was very poor even though we were the only people there. The restaurant at the ground floor is very expensive for what it is, some of the prices were almost 3 times higher than the prices on google review from a few months before we went. The pool only has 4 sun loungers and you won't be able to get sun all day. The location is only convenient for being close to the airport, but the hotel charges an extortionate amount to take you to the airport for a 20 minute journey.
