This house was extremely clean and close to everything we wanted to see. I wish our dog could have made the trip as this has a huge fenced in backyard. The host staff was quick to respond to our questions. Neighborhood was a little run down but the property was almost new in comparison and we felt quite safe.

Very clean and comfy. Although the neighborhood looks a little sketchy, the house itself is great and we had no issues. The location is fabulous! It’s close to everything there is to see in Chattanooga from downtown area to Lookout Mt. Communication with hosts is excellent. Highly recommended!

The house is probably the cleanest rental I've ever stayed in. It was well stocked, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our only issue was getting up and down the driveway without scraping the front and back ends of our minivan. After many comings and goings, my husband finally figured out how to come in at just the right angle where we wouldn't scrape. The property manager was in touch with reminders, which was very helpful. The house is very close to downtown Chattanooga and also to many other attractions and restaurants that we visited. We enjoyed our stay.

Took my sister and kids for a birthday trip and couldn’t have been more pleased

We stayed here with two children (ages 6 & 8) as well as our dog. The hosts made sure we had everything we needed, as well as a few extras, to have a great and comfortable stay. The property was cleaned and well stocked. It was also a super quick easy drive to downtown Chattanooga. Will definitely stay again if it is available!

Communication leading up to check in was excellent, as well as during the stay. This was a great location for our family of six to enjoy a few nights and days exploring Chattanooga. The pack n play and cabinet with games was a great help for the younger ones. We had a small issue upon check in with regards to the cleaning crew but it was resolved within a couple of hours, going above and beyond. I'm particular with cleanliness and noticed a slight pet like odor working in the kitchen. We didnt travel with pets but understanding pets are allowed, it didn't surprise me. Nothing overwhelming, just noticable for those not used to animals I think. Overall a great stay for three nights!

We booked a one night stay so we could take our soon to be 12-year-old twin boys to the Coker Museum for a birthday surprise. We brought our two labs and without thinking the logistics through, we realized the museum would close before we could check in at the house with the dogs. Donna and Stephanie and the iTrip Chattanooga team responded so quickly to my questions and were gracious enough to allow us an early check in so we had time to explore the museum. The house was so clean and comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We would definitely stay again next time we visit Chattanooga! We door dashed some ODell’s pizza and highly recommend that too!

This was a jewel of a place in Chattanooga. We stayed for two nights and planned to do the Lookout Mountain tourist things (Ruby Falls and Rock City). This place was less than 10 minutes from both. And only 15-ish minutes from downtown Chattanooga. We brought our dog and LOVED having the back yard for her to run around. The interior was super clean, and really comfortable. Plenty of room for our four kids in one bedroom and my wife and I in the other. There were a few games which our kids loved, as well as little things like crayons and paper, which entertained our youngest for a long time. We had one issue trying to get the key when we first arrived, but the property managers responded literally within a minute or two and got everything straightened out. We would definitely stay here again.

Traveling from Florida to Wisconsin with all of our dogs is not a picnic, BUT this was the perfect half way point for us to stop. Your wonderful fenced in yard made it a wonderful and welcome place to rest our heads. having the carport to unload and reload everything in the rain was so nice. The home is very clean and has everything you need in the kitchen! Thank you so much for everything!

Nice and quiet. House was clean and welcoming. Bottles of water and snacks from the area. Thoughtful touches such as paper cups in the bathroom and menus of local places to eat.

Was a decent house in a fairly lower middle class neighborhood. Once we stepped inside it was phenomenal! All newer appliances, great hardwood floors, nice furniture, and extremely clean and well kept! Would definitely stay at this location again!!

Great location and everything needed for a wonderful family getaway

We loved our stay here. Close to Lookout mountain and short drive to all the activities we had planned for our trip.

Stayed here at Thanksgiving to visit with family & friends. The location was great - so close to everything! The house was exactly as described - spacious, clean, and a huge backyard for the pups. Great house, great location, great hosts!

This space was just what we needed for our family of four and two dogs. The kids loved that they each got their own bed and the dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard. It was also a great location for going to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain. We had everything we needed for a great stay!

The host was great with recommendations. This place had everything you needed. The driveway was steep, however. But you are near mountains!

We were only staying for a quick overnight visit but the home worked perfectly for us. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. We reached out to the host for a quick question and she responded quickly and was kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

The hosts are amazing and the property is perfect if you have pets or kids! They have everything you would need including shampoo and conditioner! Definitely recommend this property! Host responded immediately to any questions or concerns.

The house we stayed in was wonderful. It is in a quiet neighborhood but is close to shopping and attractions. We were looking for a place to relax and unwind and this was it. It had everything we needed and then some. We loved the decor of the house - very calming. We will definitely choose this house again next time we are in the Chattanooga area.

This place was spectacular. They thought of anything you could possibly need. The description was to the point accurate. It was a quiet area. The fenced in backyard was such a great added feature for our dogs. This was my first time using VRBO and these hosts have set the bar high! If going to the Chattanooga area this should be your first pick!

The house was perfect for an overnight near Raccoon mountain. Everything we needed to relax and unwind after a day of mountain biking.

We were there for a birthday party but was able to see Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain while there. Literally a 10 minute drive there from the house. Highly recommend this place!

The house was fantastic. Clean, well stocked and an easy check in and check out. My sister and I and her 2 dogs stayed there and the fenced backyard was great for the dogs. The location was perfect for us with easy access to family on Lookout Mountain, St Elmo and Flintstone. The only challenge was backing my sister’s truck out of the driveway as it is quite steep.

The home was clean and stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc. The queen is a blow-up mattress, which wasn't clear to me, but was ok. The other homes on the street are well kept but looked a little sketchy, although there was no sketchy activity and the area was quiet and convenient to Chattanooga.

We came to Tennessee to go whitewater rafting, hang gliding and enjoy great restaurants and it didn’t disappoint. We spent 3 nights and brought our little dog along. Everything was perfect, nice home with a fenced yard. Very clean and fully equipped kitchen. 10 minute drive to great restaurants! Would stay again!

The location is great. less than 20 min from all of the tourist stuff, yet peaceful. Big fenced in back yard for the pup. During our stay a storm knocked out power, the host was easy to reach via text and got it resolved . The house itself was set up well- only ding would be the steep driveway.

This was the perfect home for our family to stay and enjoy all the local sights. Everything was close and easy to get to while offering our family peace and quiet to relax between our outings. The house was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and room to house our large family. The property manager was responsive. They had wonderful brochures and even a wall of the sights nearby and their corresponding history that was fun to read. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area.

This was a perfect little spot for my family and I to stay! Spacious, quiet, equipped with all that we needed and more for our stay. The little touches go a long way. Blocks for the kids to play with, fenced in backyard to make theirselves at home, and other activities for them! Set with a pack and play for us to use which came in handy with twins so we didn’t have to lug 2. Hosts were very communicative, easy check in/out process. When traveling to Chattanooga will stay here again!
