Beautiful hotel in the heart of Reykjavik city centre. Perfect location Breakfast was so good! I definitely recommend including breakfast during your stay. Very clean and peaceful ambience, even greeted with a cool jazz ensemble upon arrival!

No parking at the hotel so you have to pay for parking but there are lots of spaces less than 2 minutes away for a reasonable price.

Location was perfect! Room was clean and comfortable! The staff was great and able to check us in early and even give us a late check out. The lobby has a bar and is very spacious.

There is a spa/pool/health club but it’s separate fee per day if you use it and not included in your stay.

The location was amazing. From the hotel it was easy to reach all the sights in the city walking and very close to Bus Stop 1 where we picked up all the excursions we arranged. Our room was great, with everything required for an enjoyable and what you would expect from a Hilton Hotel. The hotel restaurant is fabulous. Breakfast choices are extensive and all delicious and like the rest of the hotel the service is impeccable. I would recommend this hotel and will be staying there again on my next stay to Iceland.

I loved everything

How close it was to everything. The floors in the bathroom had radiant heating it was amazing to walk on warm floors after a long day of site seeing. We loved Iceland and how clean the water was from the tap.

There was no way to cool off our room besides cracking windows at night . Unfortunately our room was surrounded by bars that were loud most of the night. So we lost a bit of sleep over drunk people, fireworks and street racing. Also the room next to us, door was not on any kind of soft close system and they slammed it every time entering and exiting. We stayed in 515.

Cool, new, clean and modern hotel. It's also very quiet and right downtown so it's easy to walk anywhere.

I stayed for two weeks, and the room cleaning service could have been much better. I had to ask several times to have the bed changed and the room swept—things you think would be done if two people were staying in a room for an extended period of time.

Comfortable and clean room. Modern and beautiful furniture. The location of the hotel in the centre and very close from the shops and restaurants and the transportation.

Le secteur SPA n'est pas accessible pour les clients de l'hôtel sans payer un supplément ce qui est dommage si on veut juste se détendre un peu durant le séjour

É um excelente hotel, muito bem localizado, no centro da cidade, quarto confortável, excelente cafe da manhã.

Fiz uma reserva para duas noites, mas no primeiro dia fiquei muito doente e precisei retornar para Milão. Solicitei o cancelamento da segunda noite através da Booking.com mas o hotel não acatou o pedido. Fui orientado pela gerente para pedir o reembolso ao seguro de viagem. Fique decepcionado com a rede de Hotéis Hilton. Foi o único estabelecimento na Islândia que me cobrou por um serviço que não utilizei por motivo de saúde . A Blue Lagoon, Troll Expedition e o hotel que ficaríamos na última noite próximo ao aeroporto, não cobraram pelos serviços não utilizados.

The hotel was perfectly located in the middle of town. The staff, particularly the gentleman on the front desk were ever so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble - he is a credit to the organisation. The restuarant food was very nice, breakfast was very good. The spa was stunning visually and the facilities were impressive

I thought the changing facilities could be a bit bigger in the spa. On top of that, it would be nice if the pool was a bigger space. A lot of the space is used up on superfluous items when I would certainly prefer a bigger pool.

It was impeccably clean, the staff let us into our room early, the spa was fantastic, our bathroom floors were heated and the coffee bar in the lobby was fantastic. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Some of the reception staff were unwelcoming. We arrived after 9pm, tired after a long journey to be met by four men stood behind reception who just stared at us. I had to jokingly say ‘which one of you would like to see us?’ One stepped forward, no smile, no asking about our journey, no mention of the fact we were there for my 70th birthday. Just got us to sign in and gave us our key. Very unfriendly. However the restaurant staff were very friendly.

The location was perfect. Central to everything. The rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows exceptional. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I thought the hotel was great value for money and would highly recommend.

The temperature of the room. The room was boiling and the thermostat would only go down to 18.5. When I telephoned reception to ask how to switch the heating off/ they said wasn’t possible and this was the lowest it would go. It was very uncomfortable and I know another family also complained to reception about the same issue. Even with the very small window open - it only opens 2 inches , so not much breeze got in, was still very hot. Breakfast was nice but not worth the price.

Udvalget ret ringe. Man kunne ordre diverse eggrætter fra menu, hvilket forudsætter at du får kontakt med en tjener. Dette lykkedes kun den en dag.

Udsigten var til en lille går og med udsigt med 3 meter til husvæggen og vinduerne overfor.

The staff was absolutely outstanding. From the check-in process, recommendations, restaurant, to the checkout, super helpful and attentive. They even greeted my fiancé with a box of sweets for her birthday. At the restaurant, the waitress named Mariana made our dinner really special. 10/10! We will definitely come back soon!!!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que me he quedado. Grande, silencioso, muy bien ubicado, con personal muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Mi habitación era excelente, la cama gigante y muy cómoda, siempre estaba limpia y ordenada. El baño muy bueno y reluciente. El desayuno es uno de los más completos que he visto, para todos los gustos y siempre todo fresco. Absolutamente recomendable.

Everything. Also , I lost my passport in the hotel . On finding it , the staff , without hesitation , arranged for a cab to bring to the airport so i was able to get home . Thanks so much again

The staff is amazing. They were so helpful and patient and kind. The room was so beautiful with great comfortable beds and super spacious. Although we didn’t use the gym it was beautiful

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Clean quite large room, walk-in shower with huge rain shower head. The location is super central and just 3 3-minute walk from one of the drop off of the main tourist coach (Fly bus); just say you want to get to the parliament. Breakfast is a simple buffet, but was surprisingly good. You can order eggs as you wish, and I recommend taking the pancakes.

It's not that I didn't like, just I didn't use but important for others to know - the spa cost when I've been there 5500 pp for the guests.

The hotel is brand new and being very well maintained. The Front Desk staff is knowledgeable, friendly and well attended. The breakfast buffet is of great quality and staff were attentive.

The room could have better lighting; it was quite dark and hard to see, especially around the bed area.
