This property felt like home! Wonderful location, comfortable furniture, all the kitchen amenities, and all the pool necessities. From sunscreen to towels, to outdoor speakers. We appreciated the extras like Netflix, game boards, bottled water and snacks. We are already planning our next visit in the Fall.

It was perfect for our needs. The kids enjoyed the foosball table, pool and jacuzzi. It was fully equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Communication with host was easy and he always responded quickly. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place, lots of room, very clean, lots of extras such as foosball and VR headset. Tom was an awesome host and very responsive to text messages. Highly recommend staying here if in the Peoria area!

I use VRBO regularly when travelling. This place was REALLY clean (even my clean-freak friends commented on the cleanliness), good layout and nicely stocked kitchen. Easy check-in/check-out and great communication with host.
Next time in AZ will definitely see if this one is available.

We loved it! The stove gave us issues due to the oven not being cleaned prior but they resolved it right away. We didn’t end up using the oven afterwards. I would definitely go back!

Very nice place and near everything. House has all of the essentials and more and is very much what you see in the listing. My wife and I will definitely rent again if we are in the area. 5 stars and beyond!!

We were able to have a bbq and a brunch with family/friends from California during their stay. Lots to do for the kids and just a very relaxing time.

We always use Vrbro for our vacations . This home was by far our favorite. It was well stocked , clean and perfect for family and friends . We came back for our son’s birthday party and could not have asked for a better layout . There were games, kids toys and the pool was great. The location was great, our friends from the west valley and east valley got to it easily. And the neighborhood was safe. It’s a thoughtful well thought out home . Thank you for having us

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is clean, comfortable, spacious, and modern. There is plenty of room for 6-7 guests and the owner Tom is friendly and attentive. Tom reacted immediately when a minor problem arose and solved it quickly. We would happily make a return visit.
