The staffs are friendly and the room we got really nice and well maintained. We got a shuttle bus from Hanoi to Halong. The driver and staffs tried their best to pick up us even the ally too small for their car. Food were delicious and the activities were enjoyable. I will comeback here🥰

The boat was beautiful and clean. The staff very friendly and helpful with a good English for all the explanation of sites.

I would have like to have coffee and water complimentary when paying this much money.

The room was very clean and all the facilities were generally very good. We also appreciated the professional and attentive staff and were very pleasantly surprised by the upgrade to the royal suite. Special mention for the little note and flower left on the door before turn down.

The first lunch had limited options for a vegetarian but everything was still tasty.

The majesty and tranquility of Ha Long Bay was equally matched by the absolutely amazing service we received by Tommy (Tam) and the Hermes Cruises team. Lam and Hoi were awesome tour guides and were both entertaining and knowledgeable. We loved every single second of our 3 day 2 night cruise and can not wait to bring our entire family with us ❤️

Hermes Cruises was a really good experience! We stayed for 2 days and the food was delicious, our itinerary was full of activities, and the view of the bay was beautiful. Tommy helped us a lot during our stay and our guide mr. Lam was the best. If we come back in the future, I will for sure choose again Hermes Cruises.

The boat was great and so was the service. Special mention to Tommy who was very friendly and supported us during the stay. It is worth to take the three day option as the second day activities are the best!

I wish non-alcoholic drink would be included in the price as it came across as an all inclusive cruise, but only basic water is.

The cruise was somewhere kinda new cruise, so it was really good. The room was great and clean. The food was great, very tasty and few different options for vegetarians. I am lactose intolerant and they organised a dinner that didn't have any dairy. Thank you for that. Technically it was 24 hours trip, the tour was a kinda little bit too busy but no a big deal. The provided a welcome drink which was actually very refreshing. As you walk into the cruise they also provide you a wet warm hand towel. Buffet lunch and then check in to your room. Follow with the activity, then dinner. Dinner was great. Overall was good. The shuttle bus from Hanoi was sooo fancy, the driver drive very carefully. Thanks Driver.

First of all, the pearl stop was unnecessary. I don't think anyone was actually buying anything however I can understand why we have to stop there. The food, I was expecting more traditional Vietnamese food rather than Western food. I get that, some of us might not like them but that's the point of having the F&B manager, and maybe on the booking, they should have the option of what cuisine we want (western or Vietnamese). The drinks, it was expensive even during happy hours. The cocktails were kinda tasteless, I couldn't taste the alcohol. Not sure if this was one of those thing to make you buy more drinks. The F&B staff, please do not expect they can understand you at all times. It was a little bit difficult to communicate but we always get there in the end. The tour guide, they have a tour guide on board that takes you kayaking, the island has a beach and visit a cave. But the tour guide kinda left us alone and do whatever we do. I was expecting he was going to explain what, who, where and etc about things as you would expect to get from the tour guide. I can understand it was maybe more than 30 of us, maybe there is something that can be improved around this. The Thai Chi got cancelled due to the weather, not sure where they got the weather forecast from but the fact that that morning was fine and no wind at all. Little bit disappointed. Trust me these are just a small things that need some attention and improvement. The trip was still worth it.

Everything was excellent. Chef & Captain took extra efforts to provide vegetarian meals for us. The sightseeing arrangements were superb. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and this cruise stay was one of the highlights of our Vietnam trip.

A Little more group activity on the cruise with games , music and group dance involving all residents of the cruise would have made it more lively. Basically after dinner there was no activity on the deck and party atmosphere was lacking.

The staff all very friendly and professional - Tommy looked after us very well. Got an upgrade to presidential suite and had a lovely stay.

Room was incredible. Sunsets views were amazing from the huge balcony. Accommodated my dietary requirements well for the set dinner service.
