The house was easy to find. We had two cars and had no issues with parking. There were four men golfers. Location was perfect, beds were so comfortable and it was so quiet. Everything we needed was available. Tessa kept us updated, right up to our stay. Used local taxis, they were always at our front door within 5 minutes. Golf courses in the area are superb.

Being picky, we could have done with an extra toilet, and the steps down in to the kitchen were always a bit iffy when we'd had a glass or two of wine. But overall, the place was perfect for what we wanted. A lovely stay with great weather. A very nice, clean and tidy house.

The house was beautifully decorated with comfortable beds and bedding. Very clean with heating on and logs for the log burner. Lovely little touches from the owners such as a little stash of goodies - biscuits, coffee, popcorn, crisps, milk, along with Eco cleaning and toiletry products. Everything we needed was provided down to dishwasher tablets, tinfoil, kitchen roll, etc. The location was great, a 10/15 minute walk or a short taxi ride for around £4/£5, parking outside the property and shops nearby. We would definitely look to stay there again. We met the owner when we arrived as we were a little early and they were happy for us to enter the property early which was welcomed by us. Lots of useful information in the property booklet too. Thank you.

I don't think anything could have been better.

Had a great couple of days in Harrogate. House was extremely well equipped and lovely décor throughout. Our hosts seemed to have thought of everything ….from the little touches like Yorkshire’s own crisps, parkin, and sweets, even down to the game of Monopoly, Harrogate edition, which we played……….. Would highly recommend

A beautiful house. The kids loved the toys and books available. We didn’t need to bring our own haha. Parking was really good as well. Would highly recommend this place.

The place was spotless and very comfortable, especially the beds. Loved the advance notice that there would be milk and teabags waiting for us.

Nothing really! Could do with a second loo in a house for six, but that is a nice to have and didn’t cause us a problem.
