Check in was smooth, called them 10ish before arrive the they will be waiting at the entrance to pass you the apartment key. Super efficient.
The apartment is still quite new, we don’t see any damage that need to be repair. The waiting for the lift can be long, be patient.

I did worry little bit when I booked this place because reviews were all extreme end. I got 3 bedroom unit on 49th floor. It was fantastic. I can see the twin tower up close from my bedroom. The place was clean and spacious. They provided all toiletry amenities. If I needed something, I just called them, and they brought it to me, so I am not sure why some people complained about lack of amenities. They gave me a power adapter too since I forgot to bring one.
The infinity pool on the top floor was great. You can also see the twin tower there. As usual, too many narcissistic models taking photo there.
KLCC is just cross the street, so the location wise, this is one of the best places.
One of the beds in the middle room was saggy in the middle. That was the only complain I had.
Also wish they provided old fashioned washer and dryer unit. The one they provided was all in one unit with all preset options. It was too small and took too long to do laundry.
Overall, my family enjoyed the stay there.

The unit was in good condition and clean. There's no reception so you need to be touched with people who run this place. Get a sim card if you're not local and WhatsApp will do the rest as it is their choice of contact and they're good at it. I had a couple of small roaches but it is part of any condos in KL. Nothing to be worried about as the place is clean.

Very nice hotel. The check in was a bit confusing at first but everything turned out great. I like the amenities this place has just wish they would’ve had a safe in the room. Over I was very pleased and would definitely come back again if I’m staying in the area

Location is super convenience to traveller like us which walking distance 5 minutes to KLCC and there is mamak and food truck nearby. Host will communicate us before check in and send us the details. We got request extra towels and host quick response, they will arrange send to us, service superb nice. Room with KLCC View is clean and nice. everything is nice, nothing complaint .

I came with my friends who recommended me to stay this residences managed by YAJU and this really doesn't disappointed me ! The room everything is nice, washing machine and detergent is provided . They already start decorate the room for the coming Christmas and it makes feel like HOME. Will come back again in Christmas !

Check in and out is smooth. we coming with a car and there is one free parking is provided ! Location is perfect for travelers who seek for Local Malaysian Food which nearby got food truck. mamak and KLCC which is walking distance ! And last but not the least, the room is clean and the view is KLCC ! Definitely will come back soon !

Host is superb nice and willing to help us during our stay ! Luggage service is provided without any additional charges upon request , and they also do got airport transfer and pickup with a reasonable price. Request new towel can be communicate via Whatsapp which is very convenience to us! Thanks for making our stay perfect and we will come back again !

We have NEVER been able to reach the property/host.
We had booked this property 2 weeks in prior. As it was mentioned that there is no check-in counter and not much check-in instructions, we have been trying to reach the property since then, but in vian. And hotels.com themselves could not reach this property either.
Long story short, we have NEVER been able to reach the property/host, from the date we made the booking to the expected check-in date.
Such a waste time and effort. We did have really high expectation on our stay at this property. It turned out HUGE disappointment and sadness which ruins our trip.

Room comes with basic amenities such as washing machine, induction cooker, hair dryer, iron etc. First impression is WOW, room is clean and tidy and facing Kuala Lumpur Twin Tower and night view is more fantastic ! The room is well maintained , clean and comfortable. There are washing machine inside which is quite convenient for travellers like us to wash the clothes, detergent is provided. Check in and check out is simple and smooth and all communication done through Whatsapp and their response is fast. Thanks to YAJU Team and will come back soon!

The unit and bathroom is clean, bed also clean, everything perfect. the room KLCC view is magnificent and worth the price. Near Suria mall which is walking distance and mamak is nearby.

Great location but the property could be be better cleaned . A few things were defective too like the fridge and lights . The bathroom and kitchen sink also had strong sewage smell .

1. Super good location, side by side with the KL Twin towers
2. Beautiful view from each room, the room location is on 50 floor. My first time to stay at so top floor can see the KL twin towers, the KL tower and the whole city erea day and night.
3. Easy to access the KL tower where has a good food court and shopping mall.
4. Decidated car park slot is provided, no headache for finding the parking space after coming back from attractions.
