On arrival the condo was clean, spacious and very livable. It easily accommodated our 4 adults and 1 child with two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms. It is well laid out and all appliances were working.The view of the waterway and its manatees was stunning from the balcony. The beach was just a short walk across the street. Pool was warm and inviting.We loved our visit and would definitely come again.

Sunrise Resort is in a great location. Lots of restaurants in the area. The management team is very helpful and responsive. The condo’s are very clean. Nice view of Boca Ciega Bay.

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was beautiful and very clean. The beds were super comfortable which is a so important to us. The view… oh my the view from the balcony! During the day we saw manatees, dolphins, and a stingray. The night view was my favorite. You can see the beach from the front entrance too. The beach was an easy walk and lots of beach items available. We had an excellent stay and hope to return again! ~Stefanie P.

This condo was perfect for our group of 6. It was very clean and comfortable. You could see the ocean from the front door, and the patio had a very nice view of the bay with beautiful sunrises. Every aspect of this condo was amazing (pool, cleanliness of all areas in and out, security). The location was wonderful, too, as we could walk to a few of our favorite places. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

Sunrise Resort is a great place to stay. Great on site property management. Dawn and Nancy are very helpful, as always. PH2 recently renovated. Very clean. No local network or cable TV if that is important to you. The grounds are very well maintained. Amazing sunrises and manatee watching!
