I simply cannot say enough good about this property. We stayed for 6 nights and it was like having a Phoenix home. Convenient to the major arteries on the north side of town, this gem met our every need and then some. Immaculately cleaned, stocked with everything we could possibly want, and furnished for comfort and relaxation, Though the weather was a bit cold for the pool, I got in anyway and was refreshed. The pool room has all kinds of floats and toys and BIG pool towels! The wifi is extremely fast, every bedroom has cable TV (as well as the living room and den) with streaming services available, and there is plenty of room to spread out in this spacious house. The manager has provided lots of towels, extra blankets, utensils, and over-the-counter items you might have in your medicine cabinet. The washer, dryer, and dishwasher all work well and were very helpful. Necessary detergents were helpfully provided. The ice maker in the refrigerator is not operational, but a fresh bag of ice was waiting for us in the freezer to make up for it. The keyless entry pad was programmed for us with a number that was already familiar to us, showing the level of thoughtful care that went into making our stay wrinkle free and easy. This was one of the best experiences we have ever had renting a home. I cannot imagine that we would stay anywhere else in the Phoenix area when we return.

This property was situated in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a creek with quick access to multiple excellent local restaurants and shops. It was l clean and well-appointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

The house was very clean, comfortable, and the owners put thoughtful touches for travelers everywhere. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding, bathrooms were extremely clean with small bottles of shampoo, lotion, etc. Kitchen had everything we needed from condiments, coffee, creamer, spices, all we had to do was bring the main ingredients and we had a meal! There is two comfortable areas to relax and watch some TV with family. The pool was delightful with perfect temperatures inside and out of the pool. Sunscreen and pool floats was provided by the owners with large, absorbing beach towels. There was plenty seating poolside for lounging. The neighborhood was quiet with a walking trail right behind the property. We enjoyed our stay in this home and would definitely rent again when we come back to the area.

The house was great and extremely well stocked. Very clean and nice master bedroom. Minor items were the traffic noise and the pool needs a few patching and painting.. Ideal for a young family.

Enjoyed our stay in this property, however, it is in a very crowded neighborhood right next to a very busy and noisy road. We loved the pool with the waterfall, but there is a lot of noise from the road. Not a real big deal, however, especially when the waterfall is running and drowning it out. The house was very clean which is always the most important thing to me. We were very comfortable there but the house could use some updating and more comfortable furniture. Only furniture in the family room that is open to the kitchen was a couch. A couple of extra chairs are really needed, and there is room for them! It is conveniently located close to the 101 Freeway which was nice. There is a bike trail that starts right across the busy road by the house that we walked and rode our bikes on several times. We loved that. The house was stocked with many, many items and all the kitchen utensils you could possibly need. Extra things like a full rack of many different keurig k-cups,, candy, chocolate, ketchup, mayo, jam, pancake mix and syrup, olive oil, a full spice rack and even more ..... Really appreciated that! All in all, it was a good place to stay.

We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property. We absolutely couldn’t have found a better place for our house hunting trip. The hosts had the place stocked with everything you could imagine. We didn’t have to worry that we forgot something we needed. The place was perfectly clean too. It was just a a very easy and comfortable place to stay. Thanks so much!

This house was amazing! Hosts had all the special touches. From soaps to shampoos and all the basics and then some for the kitchen. Everything was clean and fresh. Pool was super fun, ou family had a blast!

As former Valley residents we often return to visit family and friends. This home was immaculate, the location was great for us and the best of all was how well stocked the caretakers had the home on our arrival. To include fresh flowers, there were items in the fridge and pantry that kept us from having to run right out to the store on arrival. We met some of the neighbors who were just delightful on our daily walks. We will definitely return to this home on our next trips. Thank you again to those who had part in ensuring the home was ready on our arrival and made us feel right at home.

We have never been to a property that was this well stocked and thought out! Everything was incredibly clean and the pool was fantastic, plus the views were great as well. We really enjoyed this property and communicating with the hosts was excellent, they always replied incredibly quick. We would stay here again.

This was an awesome experience and working with the contact hosts. They were remarkable..clean home when we arrived. We has an issue with water softener pump and they were right on it...also followed up with us to make sure all was well. Would definitely stay at this home again. We had a wonderful stay at the Kristal Way house! The house was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make great meals and the grill was a plus. It was very relaxing to enjoy a swim in the pool after a day of hiking. We would stay here again.

House was nicely stocked with essentials and a few nice surprises. Clean, comfortable with excellent access to managers. Would stay here again. Easy access to freeways, baseball stadiums and stores.Responsiveness of managers was exceptional and they were very helpful.

The property check in and communication was fantastic! The house was as pictured. The cleaning company is one of the best we have seen in any rental home and the bathrooms were stocked with travel sized items like at a hotel. The pool heat option was great so that we could swim every day! The house could use some updates, but overall we had a great stay with zero issues.

Lots of little details which we appreciated such as coffee, water, and other essentials. We would stay here again we had a fantastic time.
