The plug in air freshener was very very strong. It took us a while to realise what the smell was. It was very over powering and our eyes started to sting. Our throats also burned.
Once we realised what it was we turned it off and it was much better.

Das Apartment ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. Es war alles sehr ordentlich und sauber. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Service war sehr hilfsbereit und konnte gute Reise Informationen geben. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, aber die Folgetage waren bereits ausgebucht. Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlu ng. Wur würde wieder dort mit Prio 1 buchen.

Everything is good. Comfortable room and clean bathroom.
Only one fan provided for this hot summer. Need to climb the stair with your luggage.

Staff very friendly and asked about our days and plans. Room was warm and comfortable was an excellent stay
Possibly only one stove top was working but it was fine we managed with one. The frypan provided Had a loose handle I went to reception to ask to fix it they did then became loose again the next day.

Staff were pleasant.
Worst beds with no padding and all springs. Very damp rooms. Nothing updated in 30+ years. No extractor fans. Cheap heaters that were unsafe to leave on overnight with no fire alarm’s.

It was very convenient to let us arrive later than check-in time. It was really pleasant to stay here. I recommend !

Our host was super friendly and welcoming, we even received complementary tiramisu! Very good value for money, our room was clean and tidy and well equipped.

The rooms are exactly as advertised, great value for money, although could do with updating. Handy location, not too noisy. Great for families. Owners are super friendly and accommodating, especially loved the sample of Tiramisu that was delivered to our room. Would definitely recommend if you are in New Plymouth!

Ian, one of the workers was very very helpful to us in our situation.Our car had broken down and he done everything he could to help us.The storm kept us from travelling home but they were extremely helpful.The service was great and the housekeeping staff were great.Good location
