Great layout, lots of room to roam around. Curtains around the back windows would help it feel cooler and privacy for night time. AC in master bathroom doesn’t work. Our feet were black from walking on the floors and very dusty everywhere. Area rugs were very dirty in all rooms. I’m big about cleanliness so these are things I’ve noticed. Master bedroom door is also hanging off of hinge. It really needs a good deep cleaning.

My husband and I wanted to do a staycation with a pool and this house did not disappoint. We had the best time and even our two frenchies love the openness of the house and even more so the backyard! Will definitely be recommending this stay(:

My nephew turned 3 and we wanted to visit my mom, brother, sister-in-law, and their three little-ones. The house had to have a pool, spacious and well equipped kitchen, covered back patio, modern and updated primary bath, and be close to family. This house was just about perfect! The only thing missing was the covered patio. There is one large umbrella we were able to move around as needed, but it couldn't be everywhere, so getting from the pool to the house across scorching hot brick was a bit of a challenge if we went swimming during midday. But, a pair of flip-flops was the simple solution. Other than that, perfect house in a great location with modern amenities, with a communicative and available property manager. Would definitely stay here again!

Overall, a very nice home. We love to cook and had planned to bring a few food dishes to our Christmas Eve / Day events to our daughter & family (literally a 5 minute walk from this home), but the kitchen lacked a few basics for baking/cooking items, not to mention kitchen towels. We drove and for some reason I backed Christmas hand & dish towels so we didn't need to purchase. We borrowed coffee cups and ping pong paddles as well. Location is perfect for us and I would love to rent again, but no window covering in the great kitchen & living area will make for a very hot location in the much warmer months. Also, who ever rented prior to our stay put the combination lock to the garbage on upside down. We couldn't get it to work and had to drive our garbage bags down the alley to dispose of properly. However, for our trip all was good. Nice neighborhood, very nice home.

The house was nice. It was as advertised. Interior was really nice. Beds and pillows were awesome. Best ever and I stay in a lot of places. Bathrooms nice too. Pool and outdoor space nice. But around the edges and landscaping need work. Also no good shade outside- umbrella broken and no patio w a roof. There was a tree that helped but summer would be rough. Very quiet too.

Leah was a great host. She was very responsive with our questions and everything described was better than we expected. The home was furnished beautifully, and the house was crystal clean!!!! A fabulous stay, and we cant wait to come back next year!! If you want a lovely comfortable home away from home, this is your space!!
