Rooms and bathrooms are 'compact' but clean and new. Some road noise, even on the 4th floor where I stayed for two nights. Most staff seems inexperienced, however, the hotel manager (Mr. Muhammad I believe) was able to resolve the one issue I did have during my stay.

The breakfast spread is good, but hygiene and food prep seemed slightly questionable. Breakfast is served next to the swimming pool, which is strange and also means that the pool, and the gym are only open for use after 10:30 AM. I workout in the morning, and while the staff did make it difficult for me to use the gym, thankfully the day shift manager was able to resolve the issue at least for my stay. My advice to the hotel is to not serve the breakfast in the pool area. This is questionable from a hygiene perspective, and really does not provide any ambiance points (if that is what you were going for). First floor lobby, or any other room would be a better choice.

I was scammed when booking for my stay in this hotel and I was never refunded. I tried to reach out to the hotel but they weren't helpful and booking stuff never contacted me back and don't answer the emails. So be careful, don't pay your reservation ahead when booking this property. Unfortunately my experience with booking was very bad this time. The client service was very bad either with booking.com or the property as they didn't take any responsibility for the scam act.
