‘Above the Waves’ was the most impressive condo to which we have ever stayed! Because this condo is nearly 20 miles from a Galveston proper, the owners made sure you have everything you need during your stay. So many amenities provided for your convenience. Beautiful and tastefully decorated, comfortable, views for miles, steps to the beach, and private. Our expectations were met and exceeded! Private balcony, huge swimming pool, lazy river, books, movies, great TV, comfortable bed! The list goes on! You will not regret booking ‘Above the Waves’!

This is one of the best condos I’ve rented! The owners have thought of everything. Lovely decorations, nice bedding, well-stocked kitchen. Even a beach cart for use! Highly recommended.

We loved this property! The layout was great, having two sitting areas was nice, the view was amazing as was the balcony space and furniture. There were many “extras” provided that made everything easier such as spices, throws, books, thoughtful decor and beach towels! The condo was extremely nice and the owners have thought of everything!

This property is beautiful and the owners are amazing. Everything was perfect. The space was huge for our family of 4. The huge deck with a beautiful view, was great for hanging out. My kids loved both pools, but the heated lazy river was definitely a hit. The beach toys and wagon was great to have and we used daily. We will def stay again.

We've stayed in this condo before, the space is great for multiple families. The kitchen had everything that we needed, plenty of seating in the living room and appreciated the extra sitting area on the other side of the kitchen for our teens to hang out and play their games. Love this condo and it's access to the beach.

This property was absolutely beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed inside and on the beach. We had everything we needed to cook for our large party (5 adults, 3 kids). Beds were super comfortable and living room sectional was large. Lots of indoor activities (games, puzzles, great books). Pool area is a short walk away and we especially enjoyed the large hot tub. Beach also a short walk away. Could not have asked for a better location. Only downside is the unit is beneath another and we could hear people walking on floor above us.

The condo was great! There was plenty of room for our family (5 adults). The view was incredible.

We loved everything about our stay. The location was perfect, close to the club house and beach. The extras were so helpful so we could pack lighter... pack n play, high chair, beach wagon, canopy, beach towels, chairs. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Everything seemed clean, which we really appreciate. We hope to stay here again!

This was our favorite place we have stayed in Pointe West so far! The condo has literally everything we needed, was beautifully decorated and beds were super comfortable! We had a little trouble with check in but the owner was very responsive and helpful! The condo is very conveniently located within the resort, making getting to the beach and using the pool and game room so easy!

Get little quick family getaway from Houston.

We truly had a blissfully wonderful stay over the July 4th week! Upon our arrival, the condo was very clean, updated and decorated so beautifully. The beachfront views from the balcony are perfection for sipping morning coffee or just hanging out enjoying the ocean breeze. :) The beds are extremely comfortable, too! My family and I slept very well and woke up so refreshed each day. The condo was very spacious and well stocked with anything we needed. The storage closet downstairs is also stocked with a variety of beach toys, boogie boards, chairs, wagon, tent, etc! The sweet owner, Lisa, even dropped off a new tent during our stay after the one we used from the closet finally gave out. That was incredibly kind! The condo is also in a perfect location and so convenient to the beach pier, pool and restaurant. Overall the condo was exceptional, and we plan to stay again next summer! Highly recommend!

The owners have gone above and beyond to make sure every need is met during your stay here. They were very thorough in communication and provided all needed details well in advance. And you can’t beat the location! We loved our trip and plan to return!

We had an absolute PERFECT vacation at Arthur's Beachfront Bliss! As a family with a baby, the high chair, pack-n-play, and washer/dryer were all SO valuable. The place was very clean, decor beautiful, and all of the seating/beds were extremely comfortable. There was not an item that we wanted for; everything was well-supplied, down to sugar cubes in a bag (to protect from ocean moisture) for morning coffee! And beach towels: so nice to not have to pack these on a flight with 3 kids. We highly recommend the 2 minute drive to the association's other pool, which is heated and great for kids with a wade-in area, lazy river, and place for general swim. We also did multiple walks per day to the beach and the kiddos loved hunting for seashells and making sand castles...much beach equipment was provided in the locker downstairs, which was so handy. The elevator worked flawlessly the entire time we were there, which was key since we had a stroller. This was a memorable vacation for us as we celebrated a milestone birthday in our family (adult 40th), so we will always remember this vacation - we had perfect weather every day, a luxurious place to stay, and we saw and did so many great things in Galveston (Harbor dolphin tour, wonderful seafood dinners and lunches, Moody Gardens one day, all the various shops in DT Galveston which our kids LOVED). The only con is the drive to Galveston takes 30+ minutes, but we knew this going in and planned our days accordingly. A beautiful, comfortable place with great owners, you can tell they really care about this property and their guests! And the ocean view from the deck was amazing! Our 5 year-old loved the binoculars and spent lots of time peering out.

Such a beautiful beach condo! Very well appointed and so comfortable. Pillow top beds are fantastic and the decor is perfect. Gulf views are outstanding. We loved our time there and highly recommend.

My daughter, grown granddaughter and I stayed two nights and were very pleased with everything. The condo was clean and well stocked. We weren’t ready to leave this beautiful place.

We love Pointe West, and have rented multiple units over the past few years. This place was the cleanest we’ve ever had at a PW condo, and the beachfront, right next to the beach club is such a perfect location. Great communication from the owners , who put thought into what they provide to the renter as well. There is no doubt we will be back.

The property is beautiful with an incredible spacious porch where we enjoyed the sunrise each morning. Our entire group of 8 could sit outside comfortably, which was fantastic since the weather was rainy. Even though we didn’t sit at the beach, everyone in the group said it was one of our best beach excursions because the property was so nice. The host was very easy to work with and made it easy to change our dates when a family conflict arose 2 weeks before the trip. I almost don’t want to say too many good things because I want the place to be available for next time we vacation! 🤣

The property was nice, the condo clean, the views were great, and even though we were as far west as one could get and still be on the Island, it's all still close enough to not spend too much time in the car.

The condo was lovely and just as described in the listing. Lisa provided all the necessities and the beach club was extremely convenient. The condo was clean, well appointed and had a wonderful view. We were pleasantly surprised at how big it was and perfectly accommodated four adults. Thanks for everything!

Beautifully appointed property. The ocean view is amazing and with the clubhouse and beach so close it made it super convenient for us. We prepared and ate most all our meals there and found the kitchen had everything we needed. Bedrooms were comfortable and nicely decorated. Elevators worked fine the whole week we were there. Contacting the owners was really easy. We have been vacationing in Galveston every summer for 24 years and this was the best experience so far. We would love to come back next summer!

Prime location close to the beach and clubhouse. Very nicely maintained condo. Anything you would want to take to the beach or pool provided in the condo or storage unit. Owner very responsive and took care of any questions or requests. Great place for a Pointe West vacation.

This property was in an amazing location and literally had everything you could think of. It was a perfect fit for our group with 6 adults and plenty spacious. We used the grills at the resort and ate of the porch with a fantastic view of the ocean! The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. This place is fabulous and I would definitely recommend!
