Everything was great! It was so much cheaper than getting 2 hotel rooms. We got a kitchen, nice sized living room, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms with a nice sized yard and garage! It was perfect! I would love to stay here again!

House is located in a quiet neighborhood, and is all one level which was perfect for my 75 year old dad. There are two short steps up into the property with railings making it easy for him to get into the house. Use of the garage was also an added bonus.

This property is a great location for skiing at Alta and Snowbird in Little Cottonwood Canyon. If you manager to miss the traffic, it's less than 20 minutes to Snowbird. The house is basic but comfortable and functional.

We enjoyed our stay at this home for our annual ski trip. It is real clean, beds were comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location is great for heading up both canyons while still being close to many restaurants. We will definitely keep this one on our short list for our next trip. My only suggestion would be to install a carbon monoxide detector outside of the bedrooms.

This property is ideal for someone skiing Alta/Snowbird, as it's a quick drive to Little Cottonwood Canyon. The house was immaculate and communication with the owner was excellent. The beds have memory foam mattresses, which my family liked. Kitchen was well-equipped and everything felt new and functioned well. The only observation I would make is that the interior of the property was a little sterile and devoid of character, with blank walls. A little artwork/decor would add some ambiance.

We were visiting family in Sandy. This location was perfect for us. Also, convenient to ski slopes, restaurants, and grocery store. Cheri is a very accommodating host and communicated extremely well. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Easy in and out. Place was immaculate. Cleanest VRBO that I have ever stayed in. Also very comfortable bedding. Nothing fancy here, just everything you need. We loved location because my daughter lives a block away. Very safe neighborhood.
My truck fit in the garage! Tight but it fit. Backyard isn’t fenced but we didn’t use it, so not an issue. Lots of leaves but that is what you get in Fall in Utah.
We hope to rent again.

We had an enjoyable stay, the house had everything we needed! We loved the back patio in early mornings and had a cookout one day. The only thing about the patio is that there are loose boards and exposed nails that a couple of us got scratched on, but once the patio is fixed, the place deserves a perfect score!
Cheri the host was open to communication and answered if we needed her and even stopped by to check on things.

Easy to get to. Convenient to stores and gas stations. Quiet neighborhood. The beds were very comfortable. Great hot water in the shower. Overall,we would stay there again.

It would be wonderful to have light blocking window coverings in the 3 bedrooms (lights all night through paper blinds….especially the neighbor with all her colorful yard lights (all night long) and car lights turning the corner). Lastly, the two secondary rooms get warm. Consider putting ceiling fans in those rooms too.

My family really loved the convenience of this house. My son in law has MS so having everything on one floor was wonderful. The back deck would have been nice but there were many hornets and a couple of the boards were lifting so we a little hesitant to walk on the deck. Good thing it was too hot to sit out there. Another annoyance was the neon light across the street at the church. It was so bright that it lit up the bedrooms. Darker drapes would definitely help.

This is such a nice home!!! You can tell it’s been recently renovated and very clean! We were 10 minutes away from a wedding at Crescent Hall so the location was perfect! The back deck was great for grilling along with the yard to place a baby pool for our 1 year old grandson during the 95 degree afternoon! Cheri was extremely accommodating for our wedding time frame! We highly recommend this home!

This home was just what we needed. Close to the mountains, canyons and any amenity we needed. Beautiful views. Spacious and clean with a garage to keep our car protected. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

We had a great stay in Sandy, with its close proximity to the LCC and BCC, it made skiing a breeze. The house was well equipped, and very comfortable. The garage was perfect to store/dry gear, and there are some wonderful restaurants right around the corner.

My husband, adult daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless; all rooms and surfaces sparkly clean. It was very well stocked with everything a person would want or need (and some things you hopefully won’t need, such as a cute ironing board). Very quick drive to the bus stops and mountains. We’ll be back.

This is an older house that has been updated. It was nicely furnished and supplied with the things you would expect from a vacation rental. It isn't a ritzy 5-start resort hotel, but it was everything I wanted for my ski trip. I think they will do further renovations, so it will probably be even nicer in the future.

THIS HOME IS AMAZING!!! Convenient location, super clean and spacious, tons of amenities. Cheri is the best!!! She is so nice and was extremely quick to respond to all of my questions.
