Excelente instalaciones!

Location was excellent, 5 mins walk from supermarket, local shopping centre, some bars, few restaurants. Our flat was big and spacious- very clean! Internet was very good, compared to some other hotels in Mexico we didn’t have any issues! Staff was friendly and attentive! We were offered complimentary drinks while waiting for our pick up. Bed and pillows were so comfortable ! Had really good sleep! Kitchen is well equipped.

Our mid window didn’t have a second blind and you can see all the lights shining through. Shower gets really hot and 2 mins later it’s hardly warm.

Loved my balcony and the view from it, I also preferred the location not too much in the downtown area but also not far from the excitement and local amenities. The Smart TV, the cooker, and AC were all wonderful utilities to use in the apartment. Also the inclusion of 2 showers was wonderful and an option to have laundry done

Would have liked the option of having cleaners ask or trash taken out, not sure if that was communicated prior so it could be my fault also. One of the showers didn't have enough pressure in it so myself and my partner had to share one but that isn't the end of the work in all honesty, it was a brilliant spot

Upper lock system was broken but the digital lock below was working. So technically I wouldnt consider it was safe. There was a part of the property that was unfinished and looked sketchy. Bodywash and Shampoo didnt have labels on them, so no idea which one was which. Didnt have a blowdryer as advertised; when asked for it, they said they will provide but they never did. Security guard that sits in front to let you in wasnt around sometimes, so we had to wait 10 minutes outside at a night time. There was a coffee machine but what’s the point if there is no complimentary coffee ground/pods are provided; like who’s gonna buy a whole bag/package of coffee for 3-4 days of stay? Trash was not collected at all by the staff and we were not even told where we could dispose of it.

The location and the unit we were in, 4C, were both excellent. We were directly across from Plaza Las Americas. Everything was clean and modern. And the rooftop pool was amazing. We swam in it everyday we were there!

The front street was blocked off at the time of this writing, 8/14/23. Which made it a little difficult to hail a taxi. We had walk over to the mall or walk over another block to get one. But it really was not that bad.

Booking didn’t send me code for the front door, we had a little issue with that. Someone in the front was able to help but it took a little of time. Booking finally send me the code for the front door a day after our stayed.

Very nice building with infinity pool. Very large and comfortable.

It was not close to many beaches. There was a good one called Dolphin Beach (30 minute drive) and Puerto Maroma (over an hour away)

Window coverings to prevent so much light from coming in at night while trying to sleep.

The staff were incredibly friendly, the apartments are HUGE but also very modern and tidy. Would highly recommend as it's close to the hotel zone but not so close where you're going to spend an arm and a leg.

The check in/ out lady was kind. Reception area and pool were great.

Where to start: Rooftop pool is really nice and big enough to swim, but there are not enough sunbeds and umbrellas, which are also very unstable and constantly fall over. The toilets could be cleaner. The windows in the whole building were so dirty that you couldn't really enjoy the sunrise or sunset and taking photos. The Apartment has a small balcony, without furniture and not suitable for sitting outside, as the street noise is very loud, the flat hotel is located on the busy main road. In addition, the sidewalk are bad or even non-existent, whoever built it this did not do a great job. So you have to walk with your suitcase on the street to reach the entrance. The security on site is only decoration, they leave the main keys outside unattended. I could see how a gentleman simply took a key and the security man noticed too late and searched for it in a panic. Showers are ok, but the fixed shower gel and shampoo dispenser looked really cheap and was unfortunately not labelled. I also don't understand why there is no hand shower??? Before you check out, remember not to forget anything. The cleaners will take that and claim there was nothing in the room. So I was quite disappointed.

The space was amazing for the price. Right on the bus line to go between Centro Cancún and the Hotel Zone. It was a full apartment for the price of a hotel room. It was clean, modern, and quiet.

The water didn't stay hot and no one responded to my ask about WiFi so we weren't able to have the best internet service available while inside.
