Location was good did not have breakfast from them as we brought or own with us.

Felt the security on the back door was poor and have told the person at the desk, but apart from this no problems and would stay there again.

Room 9. No window in the living area felt like a prison. Two single beds very uncomfortable. 4 adults staying only one long couch that comfortably only sat 3. Table and chairs but only 3 chairs in room.

Very nice location and close to be able to walk around the lake and into town. Hosts were very welcoming and nothing was a problem to them. Nice bbq and sitting area to use as well.

A slightly bigger fridge for a 2 bedroom apartment would have been better.

walls must be thin , could hear everything going on next door . cleaner could do a better job . tiny room for the money .

Recently upgraded with a spacious kitchen area and bathroom. very tidy unit with all the basic amenities including sky tv for the little kids and free wifi for the teens. Manager/Proprietor was very friendly and very receptive to feedback.

Parking space outside rooms is limited and very tight, however proprietor offered other alternatives within 40m of our room. Husband felt the Queen bed was uncomfortable, but I thought it was ok.

it was new, quiet and safe. The Owner was totally helpful. really close to the Lake Taupo.

the fee for paying by credit card. no washing machine. but thanks for the ride to the laundromat.

A lovely friendly welcome and a beautifully kept facility. Love the welcome chocolates a nice little touch.

One suggestion would be perhaps put a hook in the bathroom, something to hang your clothes on. (We were in room 2)

Andy was positive, considerate, caring & obliging. The welcome letter was very upfront, explaining that they were a new business & asking customers to let them know if there was anything they could do to provide a better service. They were very receptive & responsive to feedback.

Our room was a little small & not well laid out to accommodate 3 people. It would have been fine for 2 but was definitely not ideal for 3.
