Excellent location. Free parking. Access to the mall. Breakfast was good, but the space collapsed.

The Hotel is good because of the location. The lights went out and we were stuck for hours. They don´t have stairs and the elevator didn´t work

A hotel with poor and very noisy heating system in rooms. Location is not bad, however poor maintenance of the building is obvious....

Eventhough the property is quite good, I exeprienced a lack of attention regarding a one night cancellation(out of two). It was an unexpected situation I had to return early, expedia did contact the property, which never reply eventhough i did talk to the front desk manager about the situation and the expedia staff contactong them.

Impresive sea view, convenient above the shopping mall and downtown. Very friendly and helpfull personel
Heating was not working in the room, safe was not working, very noisy breakfast place and relatively small

Check in was very poor as it is at any Accor hotel. I felt the reception team were very unhelpful. The room was a good size and well appointed, spacious and a lovely sea view. The hotel location is excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff extremely efficient. I would recommend if staying in the area.

Good view of the bay.
Cons:
Plumbing problems with no maintenance staff available outside of business hours. The entire hotel lost hot water due to a water line break. The toilet stopped working and their only solution was to move to another room.
The AC did not work (entire hotel).

The hotel was fine. The room was large, clean, and a nice balcony overlooking the water. Wifi didn’t work half the time and the entry into the hotel was strange (you couldn’t open the door from the outside but had to wait for someone inside to let you in) but those are relatively minor issues

We stayed here on our way south 3 weeks prior and it was amazing. This time, it wasn't because the A/C was broken, and it was uncomfortably hot for sleeping.
It's a great location - we walked to/from the bus terminal each time. It's waterfront (I watched dolphins right in front of our room.)
All the rooms face the water.
The breakfast could use an upgrade.
This time, the food warmer for the vegetables and eggs, wasn't warm at 7:30am.
Personally, as someone with a lot of food allergies, including eggs, dairy, and gluten, I would love to see more separation as the utensils get used from the eggs to the vegetables, the cheese to the meats, etc.
Overall, I would stay here again. Hopefully, the A/C would be working in the summer, though :)

For the past two days, we haven’t had AC, hot water, sink is plugged , no electricity in the bathroom, no wifi today. Very disappointed. Very poor dated hotel.

We didn’t have hot water for two days and therefore didn’t bath or shower for two days. Every day I came back my
key didn’t work and I had to go to reception . The carpets are old and dirty. The cafe on the top floor offers very little. There no facilities. My
window was dirty in the bed room and on the top floor. I usually don’t complain at the location of the hotel is perfect for the town and the view is nice and the price was decent for the room
size and location. But I think the hotel should give me some
money back for not being able to shower or bath for two days as their water is freezing and they acknowledged their water heater was broken.

It was good to relax for a couple of days in a place that matches our usual standards for comfort and service.

The only positive element of this hotel is it’s view and access to the mall. All else is poorly made. No room service. Coffee lounge and gym are depressing, they don’t have anything.

Nice facilities but staff in charge of breakfast stopped restocking items well before the end of the service schedule (at least 30mins) and did not accommodate those arriving closer to the end of the breakfast time.
