We had a group of 12 that visited for the Bourbon Trail and a football game. The home is located in a nice historic neighborhood. A small family owned "old corner store" is located across the street which was very handy for staple items we needed. Everything is a short drive (grocery, food, bars, etc). The home had plenty of room for the 12 of us and we never felt crowded. Everything you need is at the home to cook anything you want (plenty of plates, utensils, pots and pans). Seems to be a very safe neighborhood as 5 or 6 of us went for morning walks everyday. Seth, the host, was very responsive and provided any/all information that made our stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Lexington.

The property had everything we needed. The amount of bathrooms was important to us, and this property accommodated all of that. It was super clean, fresh, and absolutely beautifully decorated. There were 12 of us, and everyone of us loved it.

Newly remodeled home was great for 8 ladies with seperate bathrooms for us all. Price listed on site was much less than actual cost per night.

Four generations of our family stayed here for vacation. 17 of us total with ages ranging from 1 to 80+. The layout of the house worked well. There were plenty of dishes, silverware and kitchen items to prepare our meals. We had excellent communication from the host when we had questions. We loved our stay!

My family and I stayed here for my Mother-in-Laws birthday weekend. It was conveniently located for everything we had planned. The house was a hit for our family of 16 and Seth was a wonderful host! We will definitely be staying here again if we are in the area! Thanks again Seth!

This house is wonderful for a big group. Beds and comfortable, bathrooms are beautiful, kitchen is well supplied with plenty of dishes, pans, etc. Outside deck and hot tub are very enjoyable. Owner is very responsive. We checked in and we couldn’t figure out the outside TV. We called and owner answered and walked us thru it. Our group would stay here again.

Really enjoyed the clean, modern decor and open floor plan design. Lots of places for adults, young adults and grandkids to socialize or get away from the group. Outdoor seating. gas fireplace and hot tub were also great. Having the 4 bunk beds and bath all in one downstairs room with a TV and lounge area outside was perfect for the younger set. Also a downstairs room and bath for the young adults in the group. Quiet neighborhood and parking was not a problem for the group. Kitchen well-equipped with modern appliances.

This is a great house for a large group. Lots of bedrooms and great spaces to hang out together. Kitchen is well stocked to handle a large group. Hot tub was very relaxing at the end of the day.

I recently stayed at a short-term vacation rental in Lexington, Kentucky and it was fantastic! The location of the property was great - it was close to a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The host was incredibly accommodating and the house was very well-stocked. We were able to prepare meals easily and there was plenty of space for our large group. We never felt cramped and the beds were extremely comfortable. We even decided to purchase the mattress that was used in the property for our own home!!Overall, we had an amazing stay and I wish all of our vacation properties were as great as this one! Highly recommend!

The location was perfect, it was close to all the main attractions and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Our favorite part of the property was the outdoor patio where we enjoyed the beautiful views. The bedrooms were comfortable and the linens were luxurious. The living room was spacious and had plenty of seating for our group. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed to cook meals. We also appreciated the fast internet and multiple televisions, which made it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their own space. The host was an excellent host, they went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provide recommendations for things to do in the area. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in the area. We hope to come back and stay here again in the future.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at this property in Lexington, Kentucky and we would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to the area. The host was exceptional, with incredible accommodations and communication from the very beginning. They provided us with great recommendations and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The house was beautifully appointed and at times, we felt like we were staying in a Ritz Carlton. Our large group had plenty of space to hang out, thanks to the basement and the family room. The location was also excellent, being close to town shopping and restaurants. We can't wait to come back again soon!
