Good instructions. Good price for the amenities - double bed comfy, shared bathroom clean

It would be good to have a a couple of hooks somewhere in the room, as nowhere to hang coat/clothes

The place wasn't that bad but the strong smell of paint and the chemical used to clean the room was unbearable. The smell of the chemical was on the bed and I had to sleep with the window open all night. I think if they aired the place out and allowed cleaning with job toxic product it sound be so bad. The check in was difficult as the code was wrong and I had heavy bags.

The non smoking room reeked of smoke. Cigarette ash on the furniture, cigarette butts on the window ledge.

It was very difficult to contact the agent/owner and I had to wait over an hour to get the correct door code as there was an error in communication. I had driven 3hrs so waiting another hour sitting outside in my car was frustrating. Once I had the new code, everything was fine. My suggestion would be to answer the phone when your tenant is calling you as it's possible important as it was for me. Also, there was no apology from the person communicating the code and everything was by text or email. My phone battery had died and I had to ask the owners of the chip shop to charge it. Anyway, the accomodation was clean and the shared bathroom was fine. Very cheap for a central location and easy on road free parking. Will book again.
