We really enjoyed this cute little bungalow. Very comfortable furnishings and we sat on the deck under the string lights and played board games as a family. I made a mistake with the reservation and the property manager was so gracious and understanding! Definitely recommend this property!

Enjoyed staying!

Well-kept and clean property, inside and outside. The bathroom has very nice features not usually included in home rentals. Location allows easy access to downtown activities: museums, Farmers Market, etc. Location is also fairly close to major universities and other metropolitan areas. Within walking distance: coffee shop, restaurant, bookstore, and ice cream parlor, among other places.

First let me say that I’ve never stayed in such an organized rental. If for some reason you forgot to download the guidebook which has EVERYTHING you need to know for your stay, you can scan the QR code. Can’t scan? No worries as the hosts have important info printed and posted (tv instructions, thermostat). There are also labels wherever you might need them. No more wondering which bathroom switch is the fan and which is the towel warmer. Beyond the organization, we found the house very comfortable in terms of furniture, hot water, etc. If you require absolute darkness to sleep, consider packing an eye mask as the window treatments are not room-darkening. It’s a quick trip to downtown Raleigh or the nearest grocery store. It’s an even quicker trip by foot to the local coffee shop around the corner. We definitely recommend this rental!

Easy to find close to downtown. We had a Very cozy stay at this Beautiful smart home. The shower was amazing heated towel or heated toilet in the bathroom and remote controlled lights and fans and smart TVs in each room overall just a great cozy place to relax and getaway I enjoyed my stay I highly recommend

Very clean and organized. Attention to detail was amazing! The light switches were labeled, ceiling fan remotes attached to the wall, plenty of dog poo bags available on the garage, motion sense lights where needed, water bottles, and even chocolates were available. Beds were comfortable even with a big size difference between two people. Everything that was needed during our stay was provided in the house. The owners communication was incredible, quick, and informative. Will stay again when in the Raleigh area!
