The location is very nice and lively, and conveniently across from a shopping center and from restaurants

The only thing I’d like differently is bigger pillows other than that the hotel was amazing

The room was a nice sized room. We had a balcony, and the weather was perfect to enjoy it! We attended the NC State Fair, which wasn't too far from the hotel. The bathroom was spacious. There was a refrigerator and microwave.

I liked the location .

Coming in the lobby carpet needs cleaning. I walk with a cane because of back problems and knees. I requested a handicap room in which I set up with booking.com they said it was just a regular room she said it wasn’t there. Oh and the luggage carrier was like a small triangle my luggage fell off so let’s not forget I had my walking cane and a purse. I had to stop and pick my luggage up finally I got to my room after that long walk. I walked again for water the ice was on the 2nd or 6th floor all depends if one doesn’t the other 1 does that’s what the desk attendant said. My room was all the way in the back on the 1st floor to the escape door because of fire I was suppose to be on a higher floor because of I signed up for a handicap room. Finally I settled down and went to cut on the tv and there was no remote so I called front desk again so she did bring it up. I will not if I can help it stay there again since then I have moved there because I like Raleigh I went there to check on some property’s was reason for my trip . Also I went down to get some water, chips etc. I had to ask for a bag customer service isn’t the greatest I asked for a plate and utensils it was at night they told me I would have to go to the dinning area to get it. I walked down the long hall again went in it was no light only from lobby so I looked no plates I opened up the cabinet plates I had to open this big pack of plates dig my hand in utensils and I thought that was weird. Needs improvement and so does booking.com need to better their information.😡😡😤

Loved the shower. Bed was very comfortable. Nice tv. Balcony was nice even tho it rained so we couldn’t use it much.

Elevators are a bit small in my opinion. Had to ride with 5-6 other people which made it tight and pretty hot. Haven’t received my $100 deposit back yet though. We cleaned the room before we left to insure we got it back.

The folks who work there were great, and it was a good value.

The property was clean and smelled fresh.
