Modern, clean , welcoming and great staff!

One elevator was working/running during our stay. So wait time for elevator was inconvenient, however I wouldn’t say it was reason for bad stay.

The hotel location was good. The room was clean and comfortable.

There were two family reunions held in the hotel one of the nights we stayed. There was noise until 12:30 or so with music bumping while we were trying to sleep. Despite the number of people staying in the hotel, only one of the two elevators was working. This resulting in long waits anytime you wanted to go to your room or leave the hotel.

The hotel reservation clerk on my check in was rude, did not speak but , say name, credit card , ID and never looked away from computer did not Tell me my floor or room number , and when I asked a question she said look on the card , and walked away . She needs coaching badly about common courtesies to customers who believe in Hilton but this one is franchised on . Very different approaches to great service . The rep was named “Kat”! It really started my get away with a terrible experience !

Price!! $508 for just 2 nights? With discounts of Hilton Honors, AAA, AARP, Senior rate? Way too much. Elevator #2 was scary. Need decaf coffee and tea options on the 24 hour beverage table.

Location is near a lot of businesses and restaurants so perfect comfortable bed nice clean room

the location is near the airport so my sleep was interrupted by airplanes flying overhead; the bathroom was smaller than expected

From entering to departing, my stay with the Hilton was everything and more. To make such affordable accommodations and have immediate availability under 72 hours for a room was a blessing. I must say this experience with the Hilton was far better than any other hotel I’ve booked with. The hotel desk clerks greeted us every single time. An employee named Kevin was very helpful and explained the policies as well as the minimum temporary room charge for our stay thoroughly and patiently. The rooms were spacious and all the other basic, yet essential amenities were available, such as a refrigerator and microwave. The cleanliness of the rooms were also a huge plus, compared to my other stays at other hotels. Clean towels, bedding, and the there was no odor of smoking, which is what we needed. My family and I had the best comfort and rest in these beds and woke up feeling refreshed. Access to call the front desk and if we required room service, it could be provided. To be provided free breakfast at most hotels is great. It’s even greater when the quality, as well as the variety of food is superb, which is what the Hilton had. Before I even added seasonings or condiments to my food, there were delicious just as they were prepared. Eggs, potatoes, bagels, and sausage were just a few of the surplus options that were there downstairs near the lobby. Another compliment I’d like to add is the convenience of the location. I felt safer in this area of Raleigh and love that it’s no longer than 30 minutes to travel to nearby attractions and the local airport. My time at this Hilton and any other location will not be last. I have no complaints about my stay. The only thing that made me sad, was when I had to leave. Thank you to all the staff for your courteous service, you were amazing!
