My husband and I booked a small trip with our pup to celebrate our lives before our first child arrives soon. I was very nervous booking based off the neighborhood comments on pretty much all listings in the surrounding area. However, i was very pleased with the location and home itself. I felt completely safe, the neighbors were very kind, and the house felt homey to me I gave 5 stars for location because it is close to absolutely everything. The neighborhood is a little run down but there are far worse areas within than this location. If you are looking for prime location without a "rough" setting, this is your house! We would absolutely stay here again in the future :)

Our family came as a homeschool trip for 4 days. This meticulously clean and beautifully maintained home was the perfect place to stay! It exceeded our hopes & expectations.The hosts have done a beautiful job setting the home up with every thoughtful detail: the kitchen was well outfitted for preparing all of our meals; the yard was a sweet spot for our children to play and for our family to enjoy an evening fire in the firepit; the laundry machines were a huge bonus! (going home as a family of 6 with Clean laundry was a huge blessing!!) The location is superb! Tops was a nice nearby grocery store; there is a park/ playground in walking distance; access to either drive to or walk to the falls couldn't be easier! (we did both)The hosts were accessible and helpful.10 out of 10!

Getting to the property is very easy off the highway and has plenty of street parking. It is extremely close to the falls in all of the activities going on over there. The neighborhood looks a little rough, but there are a lot of families and other renters in the area. The house was extremely quiet and had everything we needed in the kitchen and cooking areas. You have full access to laundry, which we cleaned all of our clothes before we left, such a nice thing to do. I would definitely rent this property again, and recommend it to other people. Niagra falls was one of our top favorite vacations!

The inside was as pictured. Nice and spacious. Nice walking distance to all attractions. Area not so great but appears to be getting renovated. Really enjoyed 4 generations getting together

We stayed here for 3 nights with our son and his family. Reading other reviews sort of prepared us for the neighborhood, but it was still a bit shocking to see. However, we did feel safe. The house was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed playing the games, that were in the house, in the evenings. The beds were comfortable but there is no a/c upstairs. The ceiling fans helped and we were thankful for nice weather. The most frustrating part of our stay was the property being hosted through Evolve. All information provided after our reservation was made was communicated through another secure website which required a verification every time. This made it difficult to share the information with the rest of the family. Also, the front door lock required an app on my phone. I was the only one that could use it and had to have my phone any time we walked outside because the door automatically locked in less than a minute. It would’ve been nice to have all the communication through VRBO and a door lock with a numbered key pad. All in all, we enjoyed our stay. If we ever went back, we would consider staying on the Canadian side of the falls. There was alot more to do over there.

Great experience, house was perfect for our annual fishing trip. Total of 9 guys and plenty of space for everyone. Would book again !

Great home, very clean nice and very welcoming, the next door neighbors were really nice, the area is questionable; But we enjoyed our stayed. Craig replied immediately and was very helpful. I would definitely stay at this home again!!

We wanted to see the sights, go hiking and relax with our friends. This house offered that and more. There’s so many little nooks. It was easy to find a quiet spot in the house even with all 10 of us. This home is a 5 minute drive to the Niagara Falls park and area sights. The owner was extremely helpful. There was so much to see with two full days. . Relaxed one night at the fire pit after a long day of hiking. The nightly illumination was one of our favorites at Terrapin point. The house has all the comforts of home. We all enjoyed our stay very much.

The property was welcoming and it had everything we needed! Neighborhood not the best but I loved it!! Distance from the falls was awesome howeverI would not recommend walking. We had a comfortable stay! Host= very responsive…. Our experience to say the least was Just Awesome!!

The home is exactly like the pictures, it’s clean, well organized everything you need. The mattress on all beds are wonderful! This property is well kept, but the neighborhood is questionable, but we didn’t have any problems.

Home is great. It is very clean and well kept. The host is quick to respond. The neighborhood is rough, but i didn’t have any bad experiences while there. Overall it’s good.

Renting was easy and the property manager was prompt in answering our questions.

I thought I had done my research on Niagara Falls but I was wrong! The location of the house was perfect to the falls and it was cute inside but the surrounding neighborhood was horrible. 1 in 5 houses were run down or abandoned. So sad since you could tell the area had once been nice. We didn’t have any issues but wouldn’t stay in that area again.
