Bed was comfortable. Apartment was small but brand new. Very close to hiking, restaurants, etc.

The e-key was a pain and it made you redownload it after 11am on day 2. Also, pillows are very high and uncomfortable. I’d recommend bringing your own.

I had stayed at this property when it was Will’s Inn. Location is great. They upgraded the rooms and it looks great. Clean and comfortable. The app for the key is great so you can bypass front desk checkin and out.

Only suggestion I would say is have a larger trash container to discard take out containers etc

Good location, close to where we wanted to hike. Nice quiet back area with grass and river.

Inside doors to room 11 would not close properly. Bathroom door could also not close.

Location was Great & Quiet , the Newly Renovated Inn with a Pool infront & River behind it was Awesome & the Gentleman I believe was the Proprietor very understanding & still fully welcomed us even when he noticed 2 dogs with us , totally my fault & forgot to add dogs & he was Great about it , I will be staying here again😊 Recommend it !!!!!

Nothing Everything was Great

Loved the location, the pool, the common area, the shower, owner responsiveness, the cleanliness.

The TV was pretty slow, lots of buffering, traffic noise was heavy, and we barely met anyone associated with the property to talk with since its all done through texting and an app. Also would have loved a little bit larger area to access the river. Great experience overall though.

Communication with the staff was superb. Questions were answered quickly & efficiently. The room was perfect for our family. Wish we stayed more than one night!

I did not research what was available at the Inn, but Dunkin was a quick 5 minute ride away.

The property was immaculate, and the apartment we rented was newly renovated with brand new furniture and comfortable beds. The pool area was large and well-maintained, with plenty of lounge chairs and a grassy area for sunbathing. The pool water was the perfect temperature, and there was a lounge with tables and comfy chairs where guests could relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The property also had direct access to the Saco River, where guests could swim, kayak, or tube. The location offers easy to access to lots of restaurants and hiking, we didn’t need to drive more than 10 minutes to visit places we wanted to go.

Offer decaf coffee in the lounge.

Landscaping was nice - flowers, mowed grass, plenty of space to walk dogs and hang outside. Location was great - near many attractions. Rate was good - especially in comparison to other local options.

The air conditioner turned on but did not put out cold air. There was no washer or dryer in this family unit. The pool was not clean and had exposed electrical lighting. Could very easily hear everything next door. I'd suggest soundproofing the locked connecting door. Trash cans were very tiny, especially for a traveling family.

The place is renovated and everything is very new.

The noise of the road when passing cars, although at night it is quite quiet.
