We were in one of the top floor rooms-lots of surrounding bars. We arrived during the Corpus Christi holiday-so very noisy until the early hours of the morning on our first night.So earplugs a must if you’re a light sleeper. No noise problem the rest of our stay.

The building is very old and makes for an interesting stay particularly if you like history. The location is very good and within walking distance to most sights/areas of interest.

The room was dated and overpriced, the ensuite bathroom smelt bad. The additional breakfast was also overpriced. There was no restaurant on site. There were no real instructions in the room Informing me about breakfast times and hotel services or even how to call down to reception. I used the booking.com app to communicate at one point. On the day of my departure there was an unusual celebration for the Spanish King and Queens arrival to the City. The hotel failed to inform me that this was happening and I learnt during check out. As a result, I almost got stuck in the city and missed my flight as the roads were closing to cars and buses with limited ways to get to the airport. Had I known I could of prepared transport in time. It made things very stressful as I was left to find my own way to the airport. Communication all round was limited and disconnected and that's how my stay felt.

Breakfast was great but could not get a space on second morning. Room nicely decorated and beds comfortable.

I loved this hotel. I did 3 weeks in Spain and this was my favorite place by far. As soon as you walk in you feel relaxed and comfortable. The courtyard is beautiful and relaxing and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I read reviews about noise on the street so I asked for a quiet room which they accommodated with no issue. My view wasn’t great but everything else about this place made up for it. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. It is also on the same street with tons of restaurant options and within walking distance to all the major sites and neighborhoods. I would definitely stay here again.

As beautiful as the courtyard was, it looked like the breakfast area was not. There are plenty of breakfast options super close though.

Very good location at the city center, with a big variety of restaurants really close by. Really convenient to visit the city without a car. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Our room was big, very nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and beautiful rooftops view.

It has 2 bars right next to it, that open until 2am during weekdays and 4am during the weekends. It gets very noisy at night. This is not the hotel's problem, but it's something to consider if you need silence to sleep. The breakfast is ok, but very little variety to choose from. Wouldn't recommend for 11 euro per person.

There can be quite a lot of noise (happy drunken voices) coming from the street at night, so it would be best to have your earplugs with you in case you intend to sleep at some point during weekend nights.

Location is great, you will find a lot of restaurants nearby. Staff is very kind & helpful - we faced some issues with our AC and hot water and they solved both in a professional way - problems can happen and it matters how you deal with them.

Our bathroom was with a bad smell coming from the drains. Breakfast is okay, but with very limited options. The parking that the hotel has partnership is not 24hrs - for this reason we did not use it.
