Rude people at check in.

Excellent we are enjoying our night at the hotel was good. The front desk people was not friendly At all

Last minute reservation. Definitely up to the Hilton standard. Would have been perfect had the exterior windows not been so dirty, obscuring a picturesque view of the ocean.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable but the room was too small. Not enough storage. Pegs through the wall to hang clothes. A coffee maker and small microwave would have been great. Not even an ice bucket in the room. The breakfast did not look appetizing at all. I’ve never seen sausage that color. We chose not to eat there. For the price we expected better.

I was aggravated because there was no coffee machine in the rooms and it was hard to get coffee in the lobby that was hot and the lady at the front desk was making out with her boyfriend beside the register

Perfect Experience... Can't thank Jessica the Receptionist enough for taking care of me. Location was just perfect and convenient.

Bed mattress needs to be changed. Could feel the spring.

It’s OK for an overnight stay but not free next day I recommend home for three nights day by Hilton

Room was dirty it was sold out so they couldn’t give us another room. They wouldn’t clean the room cus she was the only one working. There was tampons in the trash and blood or make up on the towels on the floor. The bed was a king and was supposed to be 2 queens I needed 2 rooms for 8 people.

We were very happy with our stay. We asked for ocean view and corner room and got exactly that. Breakfast was good but a few more choices would be nice. The facility was in a great location, clean and updated and right accross the street from the beach. The pizza place nextdoor was very good.

Hotel didn't give us ocean view we had as view an emergency room and on the if you take your head out you could see the ocean Room didn't have closet, didn't have microwave, cockroaches at our balcony, very tiny room eventhough we had a king bed. We had to place our clothes on a bench they had in the room. Our bathroom vent didn't work. No room cleaning. Very bad experience, never coming back there

The room was smaller than expected with no closet or dresser. I understand the room would only be cleaned every other day however, we stayed from Monday to Friday and the room was never cleaned or fresh towels provided.

Paid way too much for this room… even though we had a balcony corner room, it definitely wasn’t worth the price we paid for it.

Checkout time is posted in the room as 12pm but the hotel staff harassed us to leave by 11am. We planned accordingly to what we saw in the room and we were rushed out. Staff was not professional about it even though the room door says 12pm.

Room was infested with ants in different areas, overlooked it first night, but mid morning next day had to request a room change

Hotel and room were exceptionally clean and comfortable. It’s a fairly new property so everything was modern and in great condition. Bed was comfortable, and I really enjoyed the walk in shower. I was unaware there was a fridge in the room because it wasn’t stated on the room info that there was, so that was a pleasant surprise. No microwave in room, but there is one for use in the lobby by the snacks. Balcony and ocean view were excellent as well. Only cons are the balcony door and the window are not very good at blocking out noise. It was very rainy during my stay and it could hear it hitting the metal chairs as well as hear all of the traffic/loud motorcycles passing by on the wet road. The bathroom sink in my particular room was also a bit clogged and kept filling up when I would use it. Overall it was a pleasant stay though, and I would definitely book again.

Great one night stay before our cruise out of Galveston

Had a room with a balcony and an ocean view. Could hear the road noise through the door and also as the wind blew- made a whistling sound. We tolerated that but the part that really got us was the large breed dog next door that would bark incessantly while the owner was away after dark. Called the front desk and was told not much they could do about it. The room was tidy. Only had 3 pillows for a king size bed, which I thought was odd. Got another from the front desk. Thermostat worked but if you weren’t moving in the room, it shut down. Especially while you were sleeping. And didn’t expect to pay $15/day for parking. Overall, I’ll be staying elsewhere in the future.

My daughter and myself spent two nights with ocean view balcony two queens beds. But before this, we had a issue with staff.Stating that we had partial view .They couldn't show proof. We had our proof. They accommodated us. Fight for your rights with receipt. Beautiful hotel with beautiful ocean view. Beautiful decor 💖
