Перфектно съотношение цена -качество. Отлично местоположение в старинната част на града. Джакузито в хотела е прекрасна отмора след дългия ден, нужна е резервация. Една от сутрините ни направиха хубаво кафе като комплимент от хотела. Любезен персонал.

Не ми хареса шумната вентилация в банята, която се чува дори при затворена врата и изгасен ключ. Изгледът от стаята -към занемарен вътрешен двор с малко светлина-такива са икономичните стаи предполагам.Няма протектори на матраците, а долните чаршафи са без ластик и се местят постоянно, като по някое време се отзоваваш на голия матрак.Хубаво би било, щом не се почистват всекидневно стаите,поне всеки ден да се изхвърля боклука от кошчетата,но за три нощи никой не го направи.

Отношението на персонала беше на ниво. Локацията е добра, но паркирането беше трудно.

Вратата не се отключваше,пердетата скъсани,телевизора не работи,най зле беше матрака,с някакви пружини които излизаха от него ,неудобен и опасен,банята също е опасна за къпане,пълна катастрофа е този хотел

Hotel is on a great position, near the Castle Tsarevetz.

Room must be payed in advanced, before you see the room. I have payed room with ac, but ac didnt work.. Staff told me thah can happen sometimes and there is nothing they can do about it except i can get refund and go search another hotel.. It was 21 o clock in the evening..i got the feeling that the staff is very unfriendly, and dont care about guests at all..

It was very hot because the air conditioner was very old and it only made noise, but it didn't get cold at all.

No service in the room (bed, towels) - poor desk personell (bored uninterested lazy) - bath room mouldy

The location was good.

I don’t know how this place has good reviews. In advance I thought I ordered a city or other nice view for the room (because that is what it says), but it was defenitely not a nice view (as pictured) When entering the room, it smelled bad. Luckily the AC worked and made the smell go away. Then for the shower, there was one door missing so everything could get wet. And the showerhead didn’t work properly. As for sleeping… there is no matresscover just a simple sheet on top of a matress (as seen in pictures). And the blanket that I had to share with my boyfriend, was so small. Now the cherry on the pie. As I locked the room and walked downstairs to handle the check out (done in a minute. A lady screamed “the room is clean” and the lady in front of us yelled back “but they just gave us the key”. Goes to show how well they clean 😉

They don’t offer any kind of water to buy, the other drinks are just lukewarm. No ice either.
