They did not provide any rooms to us. We had to search for other property and shift. Very bad experience. Worst hotel, worst stuff and big liers. Specially their manager is worst.

The staff charged more ,he was supposed to give me change amount he could not even calculate properly saying he Will send through phone pay, I informed him earlier only that I was vacating the room he took 1 hour for calculating, untrained employers........

Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comfortable.
Only one access card was given for the room which was highly inconvenient.

It was a very spacious stay and very clean. We loved and enjoyed their food as well. The staff at blue sapphire on 1st floor was excellent and very good service. Mansi at the reception was exceptional and also the boy in evening don't recollect his name. He helped me with valet parking when the guy was not there.
Room service and few glitches here and there which can be fixwd.

Room size was ok,
Breakfast service was very bad. Waited for more 30 mins for coffee and other food ( poori, egg)not available on display. But it never came inspite of several reminder.
Suite room was smelling cigarette very badly. The carpet in the room have absorbed it.

pathetic staff. the lady at the reception has horrible experience and always upto cheat customers. I reached the hotel at 12.15 and was made to wait until 2.30 noon

Fantastic hotel and team. Management is keen on improving facilities and getting feedback, had a very comfortable stay.

Very comfortable and convenient 1-night stay. Good communication ahead of arrival to help organise airport pick up (airport is 15/20 mins drive away). Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were extremely helpful throughout, and especially at breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and they even offered made to order options (we had masala dosa and mushroom omelette). The rooftop pool was amazingly tranquil too!
