Erick’s home was spectacular! Directly across the street from the hidden sidewalk, where we had our own direct beach access stairs to a private beach! Views were gorgeous. The home was well-equipped with everything we could’ve needed, and he had the fridge stocked with waters and the counter with fresh-baked warm cookies! Erick is also one of the best hosts I’ve had over my years of renting! His communication and flexibility on early check-in/late check-out were so very considerate as we trekked over 6 hours by car to stay here. He checked to ensure everything was going smoothly and his check-out process was so so sooo much easier than the majority of homes I’ve stayed at. Air conditioning throughout the house made us so comfortable during the summer heat. The house was very clean, beds comfortable and my guy loved the tv in the master! Great stay and we WILL be back! Great stay

Nicely appointed, air-conditioned property with a beautiful view of Lake Ontario and access to beach path directly across the street. Well stocked with personal supplies, towels, linens, etc. Fresh baked cookies awaited our arrival and were delicious! Have an event in Rochester every summer and will definitely rebook!

Home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a fantastic view. Home is spacious. Enjoyed seeing this beautiful neighborhood and part of New York. Rochester is a beautiful city with the beautiful Lake Ontario. Nice and friendly nieghbors.

Three Coaches brought Two Athletes to the NCAA Track & Field Championships at St. John Fisher U. We left with TWO ALL AMERICANS. Next time in Rochester, we are definitely trying to stay again.
