I brought my two dogs and went to a show at the Denny Sanford center. This house is in a subdivision where I felt really safe walking my dogs at night. Cute spotless studio with nice sized privacy fenced backyard was perfect to let my dogs run around. Worked out very well. Would definitely recommend it.

We were out of town for a dart tournament and found this wonderful away from everywhere little suite. Cornfield to the west and quiet neighbors across the street. We will definitely stay again when back in SF.

This place was so clean and organized! We were tired of staying in hotels while visiting our kids at their colleges so I looked for an alternative. This place was perfect! It was easy to find, check-in was easy, and it had everything you would need. I liked that there were Q-tips and flossers(it’s the little things) and the place was nicely done and decorated well! We will stay here again and highly recommend.

This property has so much more than a hotel offers! One of the reasons I use vacation rentals is for the quiet and comfort. We got that and more! Abby adds nice touches too like munchies on a tray and robes and slippers! Very comfortable! A couple of things we noticed were the floors are not level in the room and the shower door is narrow. Nothing that would change our 5 star rating however!

If I could give more than 5 stars for our stay in this wonderful property, I would! From the very beginning, Abby was fabulous to communicate with before we arrived and once we were there, both her and Chad were extremely friendly and helpful!! They have thought of everything you could possibly want and more..even for our pups! The back yard was awesome for our pups to run around and the bathroom is beautiful!! We will highly recommend this property to all passing through Sioux Falls, SD and it will be at the top of our list to return! Thank you for such a wonderful stay❤️

Great place. They thought of everything. The fenced in backyard was great for our fur babies. Great neighborhood. Quieter than a hotel/motel. Can't say enough good about the place. Left my smart watch and charger in room and they mailed it back to us. So thankful. We will recommend to everyone we know.

Wow! Beautiful built and designed! The owner was very helpful and went the extra mile. The Vrbo has all amenities you could want! The bed was extremely comfortable! Wi-Fi was fast. Even had a water cooler in the room! This was the perfect Vrbo!

This was by far the best VRBO we’ve stayed in. (We’ve stayed in many in US) Clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped, convenient to everything, private! We stayed 4 nights and never want to go back into a hotel room in Sioux Falls! (Pets can stay too!)

This room was fantastic! It is new construction, so everything is clean and new. The decor was simple but beautiful and very cozy. I came to the area to explore and hike and was able to find several options all within a half hour drive. Access was easy and the room is large. There was plenty of space for a large dog pillow and room for him to comfortably move around. (He's a Lab). If you have children there's plenty of room for a pack-n-play without it taking over the whole space. The kitchenette offers all necessary items to eat and prepare simple meals utilizing the microwave. It includes a nice sized refrigerator, coffee kiosk, and even a purified water stand. The wardrobe includes robes and slippers and spacious enough to hang coats or set things out of the way! The bathroom is beautiful and the shower is so well done! Plenty of towels and blankets. The bed is very comfortable and I especially loved the pillows. There is a private backyard space which I was not able to use due to melting snow and mud, but otherwise spacious enough for pups and kids to eat, play, and even take in a fire.
