Amazing location, great food friendly staff. Beautiful beach & loads of fantastic restaurants to suit every budget. We loved the Hostal food & La Bodega tapas around the bay.

The noise of the doors slamming constantly day & night up & down the corridor. The room doors need to be soft closing. Unfortunately, we never got a lie in or a good nights sleep & this impacted our stay

It's excellent location, and the food was beautiful

fantastic location, right on the beach, not too far away from the city center. staff was very friendly and accommodating. breakfast is good, baguette and toast, ham/cheese/jam/spreads, fresh fruit, juice and coffee/tea, joghurt/cereals etc. late check out was available upon payment of a reasonable fee. i’d definitely come back and i’d recommend this place if you are looking for simple accommodation at a beachside location not far from the city center. there’s also a restaurant and a bar/cafe on the premises with reasonable prices and a decent choice of meals/drinks. a small supermarket is within three minutes walking if you wish to buy drinks/snacks or extend your breakfast options.

beds are a bit worn out and the rooms aren’t brand new and luxurious but i found the value for money still very good. just don’t expect too much and you’ll be happy ;)

After being almost a week on the island of Formentera we wanted to spend the last day in Ibiza. We were in a very good hotel on Formentera, a 4 star with half pension and on Ibiza we were looking for a location within easy reach from the port as we were coming with the ferry from Formentera, and also easy/quick reach to the airport, the next day. Hostal Talamanca met those expectations. We did not expect any fanciness you would require from a 4 star hotel and being myself a Spaniard, I considered good value for money what we got from this Hostal. We were very satisfied with the bathroom: very good towels and small samples for shampoo and bathing gel. And it was super clean. The best was the restaurant which is part of the hotel. We ate, had dinner and breakfast in this restaurant. I have been to many, very fancy, Michelin star restaurants and we enjoyed this very lively, simple restaurant, with a varied cuisine. The waiters were a 10! Although very busy, they were very attentive with us. Maybe because I am a Spaniard?! Not sure, as most of the clients were foreigners. The best sign for a good restaurant is that it was crowdy, all day long, from the morning service until the dinner.

The beds, particularly for very tall persons. My boyfriend is a bit taller then 1.90 metres and he had to sleep in fetal position. The beds in terms of quality of the mattress were Hostal quality but the size could be adapted to a taller public. Even Spaniards, the younger generation are much taller than our parents. So i can assume that most of the guests, particularly, men, have to sleep in a not so comfortable position.

It’s beside a nice beach

The bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep. The photos from the room that were in the Booking.com were different than it actually was, for exemplo in the bathroom it was curtains to the shower and on the Booking.com photos wasn’t anything like that. Very high price for what was offered.
