The heat. The entire first floor had zero air flow they only have one unit for the second floor and we looked, and they put out one floor fan that blows air to one person out as a solution. Omg beyond Terrible. We bought batteries for the overhead fan still didn’t work. Despite lady saying it’s on a switch. We tried every switch. Nothing. It was so hot and uncomfortable. Despite us notifying lady agent. Basically blamed on heatwave. Heatwave is one thing. Lying and only having one AC unit is another. It was 80 degrees on the first floor the entire time despite changing the downstairs thermostat. The upstairs was a cool 60 degrees. Something is off. And they didn’t to help or send someone so basically my family and I were stuck in a 80 degree first floor heat sauna. We were ignored. We just had our AC unit go out at home to go on vacation and go thru the same thing except we couldn’t get it fixed. The owner or agent ignored us. Even with the heatwave being back home the AC is working normal. Will never use this bayside blue ever again and because of our experience with them we will not recommend them either.
